Great condo!! Had everything we needed. Super clean and updated. Loved the area and the view from the balcony was awesome. Will definitely be coming back. Only issue was the door lock was a challenge at times. Thank you for a great vacation.

Great place, great location we always enjoy staying at the beach cottages. Condo was clean but needs a shorter entry code for the door so you don't have to use the key.

Loved the location!! Great communication from reservation to checkout! Some of the appliances need to be replaced—the detergent dispenser in the dishwasher didn’t work and the water/ ice dispenser in the fridge was kind of gross. Overall it was a nice vacation and good place to stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you loved the location and found the communication helpful. I’m sorry about the dishwasher dispenser and the fridge water/ice dispenser — thank you for letting us know. I’ll pass this along to our maintenance and housekeeping teams so the dishwasher part can be repaired or replaced and the fridge dispenser thoroughly cleaned or serviced. Happy the rest of your vacation went well, and we hope to welcome you back to Beach Cottage 1208.

Large unit, great Gulf view, nice balcony furniture, plenty of beach chairs & toys, cooking spices, dishes etc. were plentiful, beds very comfortable, extra blankets if needed, Pool & Hot Tub nice, beach sand rinse off in multiple locations. Nice grills on pool deck. Assigned parking spot in garage undercover, guest parking in front. Great location, in between Clearwater and St. Pete, lots of great restaurants up & down Gulf Boulevard.Door lock cumbersome & code too long. Short key code access from Beach to unit & pool was good.Bird sanctuary next-door with bad fish smell at times. Will likely need a few extra kitchen trash bags, toilet tissue, dishwasher pods-had some but we needed more. Four beach towels provided & six bath towels & a couple hand towels & washcloths. Overall, very nice place to stay minus the bird sanctuary smell here and there. All the people we met while staying here were super nice. Host got back with me quickly.

We appreciate you choosing Beach Cottage and are glad it gave you a comfortable base for enjoying the Gulf and exploring the area. Your notes about the entry process and household supplies are helpful and will be considered with the owner for future enhancements. The nearby sanctuary is part of the natural setting, though its occasional odors can be less than ideal. It’s wonderful that the welcoming community and coastal atmosphere made for an enjoyable stay.
