Welcome to Waves of Atlantis, our newest oceanfront vacation rental located in the beautiful Atlantis on Amelia complex in Amelia Island, FL. With two other highly-rated listings & multiple years hosting, we understand what it takes to create a seamless, comfortable, & memorable guest experience.

Please note: We’re in the process of redecorating and refreshing the condo. While some details may look a little different when you arrive, rest assured it will still be thoughtfully prepared and comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. This update will not affect your stay in any way.

Room for Everyone: The second bedroom features a cozy queen bed, and the third includes 2 twin beds—perfect for families or friends sharing the space.

2 Full Bathrooms: The master bathroom offers a walk-in shower, and the other includes a jetted tub with a handheld shower. Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hair dryer for your comfort.

Fully Stocked Kitchen: Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to fix your favorite meals. Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee from the Keurig Duo, which brews both single cups and full pots.

Oceanfront Relaxation: Take in panoramic beach views from the spacious living room, complete with comfortable seating and a Roku TV for cozy evenings in.

Stay Connected: Enjoy high-speed WiFi and Roku smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom, plus convenient USB charging ports throughout.

Outdoor Living at Its Best: Step outside to your private, expansive balcony. With a dining table for six and a comfortable outdoor sectional, it’s the perfect spot for shared meals or sunset chats—all while enjoying the spectacular Atlantic Ocean view.

Resort Style Amenities: Beyond the private balcony, you’ll have access to the community’s pool, tennis courts, and private beach walkway leading straight to the sand.

Entry: The condo features keypad entry for easy, secure access for all guests.

Parking: One assigned parking space is provided with your stay. If you’ll need an additional spot, please let us know at the time of booking so we can make arrangements. Parking is complimentary.

Before your stay, I’ll send all the important details, including the keyless entry code, WiFi password, and a list of provided amenities. If any questions come up, you can easily reach me through VRBO messaging.

House Rules:
• No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony.
• No pets allowed.
• Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
• No parties, group gatherings, or events.
• Fireplace use is not permitted.
• Check-in after 4 PM; check-out by 11 AM.
