Hear the waves all day and night (Guaranteed)!!! NOBODY is Closer to the waters edge!

Sunset Beach is a true wildlife sanctuary — watch sea turtles nest under the full moon, pelicans dive for their afternoon snack, and dolphins and manatees cruise by daily. Along the water’s edge, little sandpipers feed as you soak in the beauty of this peaceful, residential beach on the southern tip of Treasure Island.



Our condo offers endless summer vibes with two comfortable bedrooms — one with a king bed and the other with two twins( trundle) — ensuring a perfect night’s sleep for everyone. There are two full bathrooms, each with a shower and hair dryer, making mornings effortless. The living room features a cozy sofa bed(queen pullout) and stunning Gulf views — the perfect place to relax and feel the ocean breeze. Please note that balconies are facing the beach and are shared as the are the common walk way. We have room for two chairs and a table in front of condo on balcony.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place had everything we needed and was super cute, clean, and comfortable. We especially loved the beach—it was beautiful and not nearly as crowded as some other places can be. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

The condo was very comfortable. The entire family was immediately impressed with the layout and appearance. The host provided quality shampoo, soaps, and coffee available. If you are staying here, you will enjoy ample beach chairs, towels, and the beach canopy is easy to put up and take down. Wonderful stay!

I have stayed at many VRBO properties and it would be difficult to find a better host than Brian. Communication was spot on and he did everything possible to assure a great experience for all. We came from Florida, Massachusetts and North Carolina for a family gathering. Every possible beach item was at hand including sunscreen and aloe lotion! The beach and sunsets were gorgeous! We were even lucky enough to see sea turtle hatchlings get their start. We will definitely return. Highly recommend to people of all ages!

One of the most well appointed properties we have ever stayed in. So many thoughtful touches to make sure guests have all they need to enjoy their stay. Unit was clean and well furnished. Host was welcoming, helpful and communicative. We have stayed many times along this beach and also within this building, you simply cannot beat the view and proximity to the water from this property.

The stay was amazing! Got to see dolphins every morning and it was just a few quick steps to the beach. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, sunscreen, and everything you could need. I highly recommend staying here.

10/10 unit! We have stayed in Treasure Island for the past 5 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Super clean, had all the amenities and more. Everything you can think of was provided, from beach gear down to shampoo conditioner and body wash. There isn’t anything they didn’t stock this place with. The host went out of his way to accommodate us and make sure our stay was perfect. We will absolutely be back!

This is the place to stay! The unit is well stocked with everything you need for the beach, and all the comforts of home. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Our family had the best time here. We saw dolphins every morning and amazing sunsets in the evening, right from the balcony. Don't hesitate to book this unit! 10/10, would stay again!

Brian’s place and hospitality is one of the best our group has ever encountered! We can tell Brian truly loves hosting and caring for his guest. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. You cannot beat the ocean view of this place! The cherry on top was how clean and beautifully decorated the place was. We appreciated all the small detail and loved all the art Brian and his team put in decorating the place. This is my third time in Treasure Island, and Brian’s place and hospitality blew it out the park that we won’t even consider other places next time we return.

We had an amazing time at Sunset. The condo was very clean and the host was helpful if we had any questions. The view from the balcony was amazing, we saw dolphins almost everyday. The host provided beach chairs,umbrella’s,wagon and aloe for my family when they had sun burn, we live in Michigan. We also had a box of pastries waiting for us to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. We would definitely like to book this condo again.

The condo was exactly as it was described on the website and was absolutely perfect for our long weekend get away. One of the best stays that we have had. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Being beach front, you can hear the waves as you cook dinner or sleep at night. The unit has everything you need for your stay on the beach, including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and even some games for the kids. The host Brian was amazing. We told him we were celebrating a birthday while we were there and he had a nice arrangement of deserts ready for us when we arrived. He was very communicative and a great host. We will most definitely plan another stay at Brian's place!!

My family had a wonderful stay the week of Thanksgiving! The condo was very clean and welcoming, and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Brian was a wonderful host as he was made checking in and out very simple and was easy to reach with any questions! I highly recommend this condo, especially if you have children! The beach is steps away, and the sunset views are incredible!

The condo was immaculate. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with small appliances, dishes, tableware, etc. There were multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards plus beach toys for kids. There was nothing we needed that wasn't readily available for indoors and outdoors. From our deck we even got to enjoy some dolphins swimming past early in the morning plus sunsets in the evening. Brian was always accessible before and during our trip. He answered any questions immediately. He checked on us after the first night to be sure all was well. We would not hesitate to go back. In fact, one member of our party intends to take her family back in the fall.

Lisette and I live across the bay in Tampa with are two teenage children. I spent every summer at the Sunset Chateau as a youth. We learned how to surf, fish, skimboard , and just really live the Island lifestyle. I had the chance to move to Hawaii and work in the Hotel business( #1 hotel in the world) for almost 14 years. Finally came back to the Gulf coast with many fond memories of Hawaii. Ever since the Hurricanes and our busy schedules we decided to open our little sanctuary as a full time rental for now until we retire .

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

Sunset beach is the best beach in my opinion because it is mostly residential and really laid back. We always had the best surf when hurricanes blew by and the fishing cant be beat . I always had friends on other near by beaches and Sunset was always the most laid back and they all would come down the Sunset.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Our condo is Right On the Water! You can literally toss a shell off the balcony into the Gulf! You can hear the waves and watch the dolphins swim by everday. We just updated the apartment this summer and decided to open it up for rental. Sunset beach is well know the sunsets and seashells but the fishing is excellent right off the beach.
