Great location for all of the Nulu experiences. Easy walking distance to wonderful restaurants, boutiques and east end distilleries. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were second to none. Looking forward to staying here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was clean and the pictures accurately reflected the home! Even though it’s in downtown, the street is very quiet. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great house! We had a group of 6 (3 couples) and came up for the music festival. Walkable to the street market and places in NuLu. Kitchen was great and the hot tub was a treat after long days of walking and standing.

Absolutely amazing location! Super close to Nulu Market and downtown. The Hot Tub and fire pit were great amenities to enjoy after a day of bourbon tastings. Don’t hesitate and book this place!

The host was very communicative about everything. The backyard fire pit and hot tub were the highlights of this place, and even made us stay in one of the nights instead of going out to see the nightlife, which is in walking distance of the location. We had zero problems during our stay and will definitely return the next time we stay in Louisville!

We had a great long weekend trip to Louisville. Our stay here was great! There was great communication with the host and very prompt responses on their side. Very clean and well equipt. The beds slept great. The backyard area was another amazing beauty! We just didn’t have time to enjoy it like we would have liked. We were close to everything we had planned to do. Thanks so much!

Cool old house. Close to food/shops. Clean sheets/comfortable beds. AC unable to keep up with the heat wave (90 degree temps) and upstairs especially hot. Immediate neighborhood somewhat transitional.

This was a fantastic property and a great location. The house was very pretty and comfortable. The hot tub was very nice and clean. We loved the location and were able to walk to all the places we wanted to go in the NULU neighborhood. The hosts had very helpful communication. We highly recommend!
