The Space

Our home is thoughtfully designed to let you unwind and create lasting memories. The open-plan living area is the heart of the house, where you can gather together after a day of exploring.

Indoor Living & Dining
Settle into the huge L-shaped couch for a movie night on the 75-inch 4K Smart TV. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is a dream, featuring a gas range, premium appliances, and a large island with seating for six, perfect for morning coffee or evening conversations. You'll find a Ninja coffee maker, blender, Calphalon cookware, and all the spices and utensils you need.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Rest peacefully in one of three comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with blackout shades or curtains for a great night's sleep.

King Suite:
Features a luxurious King Helix Lux Bed, a 55-inch Smart TV, a dedicated mini-split AC/heat unit, and an en-suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and laundry.

Second Bedroom:
Offers a Queen Sealy Posturepedic bed, a Smart TV, and a dedicated work desk for those needing to stay connected.

Third Bedroom:
Contains a cozy full-size bed with convenient under-bed storage.

Outdoor Oasis
Step outside into your private, fenced-in yard. The spacious deck is perfect for soaking up the Florida sun in a lounge chair, enjoying a meal at the outdoor dining table, or grilling on the Natural Gas Weber Genesis Grill. As evening falls, gather around the fire pit in the Adirondack chairs. You are also welcome to use the fresh herbs from our raised garden.

Guest Access
You will have private access to the entire home, yard, and all its amenities. This includes covered parking and additional space for some boats or recreational vehicles. The front porch swing is a perfect spot for your morning coffee.

Our home is ideally located to enjoy the best of the area. You are just minutes away from the sugar-white sands of award-winning Clearwater Beach.
