Enjoy this beautiful Encanto themed, two-story townhome in the luxurious desired gated community of Regal Palms Resort & Spa. This is an updated and very spacious home that can fit the whole family! Home is under brand new ownership and promises to provide an excellent experience. The gated community provides 24/7 security with a guard stationed at the entrance for your peace of mind. You can enter through the main gate by showing the guard your wristband, which you will receive at check-in. Enjoy access to the on-site Concierge service, ready to assist with attraction details, tickets, and more to enhance your stay.

Townhouse consists of 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, open concept ground floor with Kitchen, Dining Area and Living Room. Home sleeps 8 people.

The first floor includes a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a Queen sized bed, a work station, washer and dryer, living room with 65 inch TV, dining room with table, countertop with overhang and 3 barstools plus a fully equipped kitchen.

The second floor includes the second master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a King sized bed, bedroom number 3 is themed with Antonio inspired decor with 2 twin sized beds, bedroom number 4 is themed with the Madrigal sisters decor and has 2 twin sized beds. The third bathroom is in the hallway as well as a linen closet where I have included a “ Leave Something; Take Something” basket; the purpose of this box is to provide a place for unused essential items or toiletries that you do not want to take home or throw away so you leave behind so that other guest can use. I often leave unopened SPF!

Make note that all rooms are equipped with Roku TVs and cable channels. There is free parking available for two cars in the driveway in front of the house; no parking permitted on the street. Trailers, RV’s and oversized vehicles are not permitted inside the community. Please be mindful, this is our vacation home and we have small children so there is no smoking or vaping permitted inside the home. The home is a short 3 minute walk to the pool and resort amenities.

We provide a starter kit to make your stay as comfortable as possible including 3 coffee Keurig pods, 1 roll of paper towels, 3 dishwasher pods, 3 detergent pods for clothes, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, 1 sponge, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for each bathroom as well as 3 garbage bags. A pack and play, high chair and kids dinnerware is also available for use as needed.


Resort Amenities
A daily resort fee of $22.40 per group is due upon arrival which will give you access to your resort wristbands to access the security gate as well as the rest of the resort amenities including a stunning heated pool, lazy river, sauna, Tiki bar, convenience store, multiple playgrounds, arcade room and a clubhouse with themed events, karaoke, and movie nights. On-site, you’ll also find a Spa, Ice Cream Shop and Irish pub and restaurant—perfect for unwinding after a day of fun.
