Just a 5-minute stroll from the pristine shoreline, this spacious, dog-friendly home accommodates up to 12 guests and is perfect for families, groups, or furry friends eager to enjoy all that Seacrest Beach has to offer.

Step inside and you’ll find a bright, open layout designed for comfort and connection. The main living area flows seamlessly into a well-equipped kitchen featuring a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and full-size refrigerator—ideal for preparing meals for any size group. The home offers multiple dining options, including a main dining area with six chairs, an additional round table with four chairs, and a breakfast bar with two high chairs. Whether you’re enjoying coffee on the balcony overlooking the palm-lined pool or sharing stories around the dining tables, every space is set for memorable moments together.

A unique feature of this home is its separate downstairs apartment, accessible through the garage area or from a private side entrance that leads directly outdoors. This lower-level space includes its own kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, making it a great option for guests who prefer extra privacy or wish to avoid stairs. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is available on this level. The downstairs area can also be locked, offering added security for parents or guests who want to monitor access.

* 2nd Floor, Bunk Room: 2 sets of twin-over-full bunks (sleeps 6), TV, hallway full bathroom with shower/tub combo (this bathroom serves the entire 2nd floor).
* 3rd Floor, Guest Bedroom: 1 King bed, TV, private bathroom with shower/tub combo.
* 3rd Floor, Primary Suite: 1 King bed, TV, workspace furniture, private bathroom with dual sinks, separate shower and tub, and private covered balcony access.

For added fun and convenience, this home provides six bikes for exploring the area, beach essentials including chairs located in the garage, and an air hockey table for indoor entertainment and family fun.

The showstopper of the area is the 12,000 square-foot lagoon pool. With a waterfall, fountain, and children's splash area we know you'll find your perfect pool day at Seacrest. Surrounded by palm trees and poolside loungers, it might be hard to split your time between this pool and the beautiful Gulf.

An initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
