La Perla is set in a quiet location in the hills over Tamarindo - just 1 block off the main beach road and a 2 block stroll to the sand.

You can walk to the beach - 2 blocks - and to the town center - 3 blocks. There is also a secure parking space for your car or golf cart (Please note - golf cart charging is not permitted at La Perla. You must charge your cart at the place of rental.)

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we`ve got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
