Brandi, Thank you so much for your kind review. We truly appreciate you selecting our home for your vacation accommodations. We would welcome you to return for future visits.

Hello Patricia, Thank you so much for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate hearing from our guests. We did want to follow up regarding your comment about the height of the ceilings, particularly as it related to traveling with small children. We weren’t quite sure what you meant and wanted to better understand your concern. The home has traditional, standard-height ceilings and does not have extended or unusually high ceilings. The ceiling height is also consistent with the standard construction of the homes throughout the resort. We certainly appreciate your feedback and understand that every family has different needs and preferences when traveling. While the ceiling height is a structural feature of the home and unfortunately not something we are able to modify, we appreciate you bringing your concern to our attention. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, Patricia. We hope you and your family enjoyed the remainder of your visit. Warmly, Carol and the Host Team

The guests left the house in a terrible state, resulting in reportable damage. We would not rent to them in the future.

Thank you so much for the review and kind words. Just know you are welcomed to stay for future visits. Take great care of yourself.

Thank you for your review of your stay and resort amenities. It was our pleasure hosting you and your family and if you should visit this area in the future, we would be honored to host you again.

Thank you so much for your review and valuable feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay at the resort. It was never our intention to welcome you into our home, which did not meet our usual standards. As we shared prior to your arrival, we encountered significant challenges with the previous guests, who left the property in a condition that required extensive additional attention from our team. We worked diligently to prepare the home as thoroughly as possible before your arrival, communicated the situation in advance, and provided accommodations to help offset any inconvenience. Please know that we take your comments seriously. We will carefully evaluate and address all areas of the home, including those you mentioned, to ensure that future guests receive the highest level of service, cleanliness, and communication that we strive to provide. Thank you again for your understanding, and we appreciate the opportunity to host you. ~ Angela and Jerry, Owners
