Fantastic stay and an incredible host! We booked this property for our wedding weekend, and it truly was the highlight of our trip. The day after our wedding, we hosted an approved pool party here with our wedding party and family, and the setup could not have been better. The outdoor layout, pool, and patio seating were ideal for everyone to swim, entertain, and completely unwind together after a busy weekend. Inside, the home was spotless, spacious, and fully stocked with everything our group needed to stay comfortable without ever feeling crowded. Check-in and communication were seamless from start to finish. We made lifelong memories here and would recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect group getaway! The listing does not do the property justice. There are also cool finds around the property!

Like-new property with well-stocked kitchen and supplies. Beautifully furnished and staged. Great for a group that takes good care of the property and honors the beauty of the space. Everything was well-labeled with clear instructions.

This house is one of the nicest we have stayed in. Lots to do in the area. Went to a small rodeo where kids can ride sheep and real bulls. And the sunsets are fantastic at no extra cost. Thx.

Everything about this place was great from the view, amenities, the pool, and the host communication. From when we checked in to the point of us checking out our kids loved every minute of this place and enjoyed utilizing the waterslide and all the games they provide. As adults there were great sitting areas to socialize and gather. When we plan another trip to the area we will book with them again.

The only snafoo was I booked for a party. I specifically checked "events allowed" Then I got an alarming call from the owner saying no parties. Owner was courteous, but it was still an uncomfortable experience. He acknowledged it was advertised as events allowed after a couple of civil debates. Property was stellar, beautiful home. But if you have an event forwards full guest list

Hi Preston, thank you for sharing this. While we do allow events, they must be approved in advance, and all guests must be registered. I understand how the communication regarding this might have been unclear, and we have adjusted the listing to ensure future renters understand this policy. I appreciate your cooperation in looking after the home. We’d love to host you again.

One of the best rentals that we’ve stayed in. The attention to detail in the colors and decor is spot on. A luxury vacation home - we didn’t want to leave! Beautiful outdoor area - scenic views - plenty of space indoors and out. Large kitchen with all the amenities and a cute snack basket - comfortable beds - roomy bathrooms (with nice extras like shampoo/conditioner/body wash), big dining area and living room- great size laundry area - even a spot to work out in the garage! We went to the rodeo nearby, hiked, took a UTV tour in the mountains .. all great but could have just stayed at the house and kept busy with all the outdoor activities/games/pool/basketball court did I mention there’s a bar area with an outdoor TV?!??!. We will definitely chose to stay in this awesome house again! Ps try the coffee shop on the corner of businesses near the Patterns of The Past Antique Mall in Apache Junction not too far away - the cinnamon rolls are AMAZING a homemade recipe! The ice cream shop just a couple doors down is also delicious!

Hands down the best property we have stayed in. The host was very personable, communicative, kind, and understanding-- just an overall great human. We are immensely grateful for this stay. My goodness was it beautiful. The home was perfect. Literally perfect. Clean, well kept, organized (a Virgos dream)... they had everything you could need and more. We actually always bring extra of stuff just in case, but soon realized we didn't even need it. The most comfortable beds and couches-- so much so, we are thinking of changing out our own couch. We felt spoiled!! If you are viewing this stay, consider this a sign to just BOOK it. We had family over and they were blown away!! Already planning dates for them to book it themselves!! No exaggeration. This home is truly top tier. Thank you so much, Cassandra and team for the flowers (we were in town for a funeral) and the amazing hospitality. This property aligned exactly with what we wanted and truly needed. We really felt that we were meant to be in that space during this time of grief and heartache. I am confident there was no other home that could have exceeded our expectations and provided a safe space for the family to gather to prepare for this transition in life. Thank you.
