Great space for 10 family members. Lots of comfy couches and chairs for hanging out. Plenty of dining areas and chairs for meals and games. Kitchen had everything you could need. Area was just a short walk to the beach and was nice and quiet. Only a half mile walk to the pier area and shops.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: AC was great (important mid August on tybee). House was clean. Great location. Jellyfish were brutal. Dont come to tybee in August unless you want to get hurt bad by jellyfish.

House met the description, easily fit our family of 6. Only gripe we had, though it didn’t say anything in the description, is the house is not well stocked. We flew in from Colorado and did not have any beach equipment. The house offered none. We had to buy it all. We shouldn’t have assumed, but every other beach house we have ever rented provided simple beach equipment like chairs, toys, cooler, towels. Not much at all in regard to kitchen stocking items with spices, condiments, etc. overall great house, knowing what we know about the equipment we could have packed different. That was the only disappointing part. We would stay there again.

Great Location

Our stay was lovely at this property. It’s in a great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The house is well decorated and had plenty of space for 9 adults. The upstairs bathroom could use updating but that aside it was a beautiful home! We really enjoyed our time in Tybee!

Comfy Accommodations

My group resumed our annual Girls Trip for the first time post-COVID. There was eight of us and the house provided plenty of space for sleeping and gathering. The location was convenient to a grocery store, restaurants and literally less than a five minute walk to the beach. Definitely would book this property again.

Lovely place to stay!

We loved staying at this property! The house was set up great with lots of areas to hang out and the kitchen worked well. We had 2 families staying so the layout was perfect for one family upstairs and one family downstairs so everyone had their own space. It was a super quick walk to the beach which was ideal! The only con was it was a bit noisy since it is on the corner of the main road. Other than that, it was a lovely place to stay and we really enjoyed it!

Cute beach home

We had a great family vacation! Location was great! The bathrooms needed renovations, and the AC was struggling to keep the upstairs cool. Bring extra bath towels because there were only one per person and they were small. Other than that, it was a great home in a great location and we would definitely go back to stay!! Super cute and spacious.

Prom Weekend

We had 4 adults and 3 teens. The layout of the home was perfect for our group. The home was nicely decorated and had everything that we needed.I do agree with other reviews that the upstairs bathroom could stand to be renovated, mainly the shower. It wasn’t dirty it was just old and the tub had a hard time draining.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and have no complaints.

The layout of the house was a little odd. Lots of doors and separate spaces. But plenty of room to spread out. Beds were very comfy. The tubs were VERY slow to drain. I did reach out to the owners and they offered to come out to repair it but we only had one day left so I didn’t take them up on that offer. The upstairs balcony furniture was dirty. They offered to come out and clean that but same deal that we were leaving the next day. Kitchen is well stocked with items we needed. Large pantry which was nice. We were at the end of the block where there is beach access but just know the boardwalk over the dunes is a LONG walk. Luckily our kids are older but I can see how it would be a hassle with little kids if you weren’t mentally prepared for that. High tide is HIGH so if it’s a busy time of year get out there early to claim a beach spot. Pretty beach though. Lots of shark teeth to be found. IGA is super close. Lots of cute beach stores and restaurants. Overall very happy and would return again!!

Thank you for the detailed review. Glad the beds and well-stocked kitchen worked well and that you enjoyed the beach and nearby shops. Sorry the layout felt odd and that the tubs drained slowly — we offered assistance while you were here and will have a plumber inspect and clear the drains. Also sorry about the dirty balcony furniture; we’ll deep-clean and check the outdoor seating so future guests don’t run into that. Appreciate the heads-up about the long boardwalk and high tides — great tip for families with little ones. We’d love to host you again. - The Lucky Team
