The space
Our cottage has been thoughtfully restored inside and out to preserve its authentic character and charm. With gorgeous oak floors, plaster walls and ceilings, and original woodwork throughout- you will feel transported to a time of simple elegance. Our home is furnished with quality furnishings, local art, with authentic, vintage touches throughout. We truly take pride in our properties, and you will LOVE our sparkling clean and thoughtfully curated property!

Our cozy living room features bright windows, a wood burning fireplace, and a large smart tv with spectrum cable service. Comfortable furnishings are complimented by local and eclectic art to create an inviting space perfect for special moments. Just out the side door from the living room is an additional private, shady porch and a covered carport perfect for additional paring or even small events. Please inquire in advance about scheduling events and services offered.

We offer 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Both beds are made up with high thread count cotton sheets and luxurious bedspreads. Both rooms have ceiling fans, room darkening shades and closets with luggage racks. The primary bedroom also features a smart tv, a dedicated workspace, and a paned door leading to the expansive back deck with hot tub, gas grill, high top table, and sun loungers.

Our bathroom is like a mini spa! With its jetted tub and shower combo, gorgeous tilework, and lighting- it's like a vintage inspired dream come true. Please note: due to architectural constraints- our bathroom is not ideal for those with mobility impairments.

Connecting our bedrooms and bath is a grand hall with a large, well stocked closet housing a cordless vacuum, cleaning supplies, and some extra amenities!

The heart of our home is our kitchen. Here you will find a modern layout, beautiful leathered granite, luxury built in appliances, and a large zumo smart tv. Our shelves and cabinets are stocked with all clad cookware, lovely dishware, glassware, and more! Our kitchen is also equipped with a Bose bluetooth speaker! Our comfortable island seats up to 4 comfortably and the adjoining dining room also seats 4. Just off the dining area is also our stackable laundry, and our side porch- covered, and cozy.

Outside, our guests love our large yard- with 2 old apple trees! Our porches and deck are furnished for enjoyment. We have excellent parking, and a circular driveway which makes access easy! Our downtown location is perfect- so close to Main Street but tucked away on our quiet hillside. Our home is not ideally suited for those with mobility concerns as stairs are required to enter.
Guest access
Our guests will love the privacy of the fenced back yard area and the gorgeous huge yard beyond. We have one locked owners closet inside. Also, our lower level features storage. Routine maintenance such as hot tub check or yard work may occur during your stay. with advance notice- of course- during your stay.
Other things to note
We are perfect for couples or friends traveling together. We are pet friendly for up to 2 pets at 40 pound maximum. Our fenced backyard is great for furry friends. Our hot tub is sunken and this makes our place not entirely suitable for young children.
