The Space:

This luxurious five-bedroom Lincoln City vacation rental is a family-friendly home close to the beach, with a game room and a soaking tub, access for those with restricted mobility, and incredible views.



About three miles from downtown Lincoln City, this home is only a few blocks from the beach, about two and a half miles from Devils Lake State Park, and close to Chinook Winds Casino. Dining, shopping, kite flying, hiking, and poker games are close at hand!



This impressive home has a sprawling lawn with a firepit (perfect for s'mores under the stars), and a grill on the back deck for cook outs. WiFi, cable, a DVD player with a movie selection, and music players keep the group entertained.



Gather in the open-floor living room on comfortable contemporary furniture with wood floors and natural light. Some members of the group and spread out in the living room reading, playing board games from the in-home selection, and watching quiz shows or movies while the cooks create a magnificent meal any time of day.



The gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, white cabinets, and stainless steel appliances makes creating homemade feasts not only possible, but fun! With additions like a blender, a waffle iron, and a dishwasher, cooking for everyone is easy.



The game room upstairs includes a pool table, a fireplace, a flatscreen TV, a deck for enjoying the views, a shuffle board, and a poker table. The garage also has a Ping-Pong and a foosball table for more fun and games!



The lowest level has two bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with four twins. The main floor also has two bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with a queen, as well as a full-size sleeper sofa. The upstairs has a second full-size sleeper sofa and a twin fold-up bed. The en suite master bathroom includes a six-foot Jacuzzi tub for extra luxury.



This home also comes with a private washer/dryer for additional convenience, as well as enough space for up to seven cars.

Great house

The house was beautiful and in a great location. Plenty of space and a beautiful view. A couple of things… the paddle boards need replaced. More pool cues would be nice. The ping pong table was separated in the middle, and the foose ball table had pieces that were broken, and one of the handles was pinching my hand for some reason. I think there was a piece replaced that didn’t fit quite right and made it so it pinched on handling. The gaming activities are a big plus just needs proper adjustments.Check out at 10am was a bit early. Over all a wonderful place.

Needs some work

We first had issues getting into the house. The code didnt work, so we had to use the housekeeping keys to get in. Blinds were old and dirty. They didnt finish cleaning the house till five minutes from check in. When we got in the house the temperature was 56 degrees. We turned the heat on, three hours later it hadnt gone up. Our guys went down to to check the furnace and had to clean it because it had over an inch of dust on it. They said it hadnt been clean in years. After they cleaned it the house finally heated up. Downstairs also smelled of urine where the game room was and fridge smelled of rotten fish. Dishwasher also was full of dirty dishes. Other than those issues we enjoyed the house. It was nice and big and a great location. Also, if you arent morning people like us, they wont let you check out an hour late. Policy says 10:00 a.m check out and they mean it. Housekeeper pullled in as we were pulling out.

Great Location

Pros: The location of this house was perfect. It was a short walk to a beautiful beach. It sat on a hill which gave us a beautiful view of the ocean. We really enjoyed the pool table and shuffle board. The house is very spacious. We had plenty of room for 9 of us and everyone had a comfy bed. The dining table is huge so we all got to sit around it. The fridge is also huge!! I want one of those at my house!! And I loved the jacuzzi bathtub! Cons: It wasn’t the cleanest rental I’ve stayed in. Many of the blinds were old and wouldn’t go up. I’m pretty picky about clean though. It was dirty if you looked in the corners and on the window sills, but the sheets were clean and the bathrooms were clean. Some of the kitchen items were not clean, like a greasy cutting board and a mixing bowl that felt gunky. The garage fridge reeked of rotten food. The property managers were very kind and responsive and even offered to send someone over to clean. My advice to them would be to have a deep cleaning of the house, new blinds and some fresh paint on dirty walls and doors… and to always check and make sure the dishes in the cupboard are squeaky clean!

Beautiful house, lots of games, great location!

9 of us all went to elementary school middle school and high school together. Hung out for years but haven't seen each other in years as we're 33 to 35 with families. We wanted to do a golf trip and this was a perfect get away. Thank you for having us!

Beatiful house with an even better view

This house was amazing and perfect for our group of friends! Very clean and bright. Beach access is right down the street but the view is in your front yard and it is absolutely stunning! The only request that we would have is that there be a house book of info. Stuff about the house and what is required of us as visitors before we leave. Other than that, we were so happy with our stay and will probably stay in this house again.

Good space. Very dirty.

The space was exactly what we needed and listed. The hide-a-bed is due for the dumpster. Every spring was broken and it was more comfortable to take the mattress off to be able to sleep. The whole house was in general disrepair, from appliances to furniture — like on its last leg. At check-in, our code didn’t work, so we had to wait in the cold until we could get some help, which wasn’t fast. The worst part was how dirty the whole place was. The toilet upstairs had urine stains down the outside bowl. The floor in the living room, and under the couches was so bad. There even was a dead snail on one of the most used a cabinet doors. We enjoyed our time because of who we were with, and the space was great to keep us from feeling cramped, but other than that, it was just ok.

Short walk to beach

About a 4 or 5 block walk to the beach. Plently to keep busy if the weather isnt good! Pots and pans were greasy and really worn. Cigerette butts on property by side door. Only one working washer and dryer

Great location

Home is vary spacious, furniture needs some help, hard to get up from couch. Way to soft and your fill like you're getting up off the floor. Two very good size refrigerators, one down stairs and one in the kitchen. Beds are okay in all a great place to stay and will stay again.

Very Nice Beach House

We needed a house to sleep 13-16 ladies to celebrate by 50th Birthday. We rented this house and it was a great house. They had plenty of dishes and glasses, the center table was great for us all to sit around and eat, talk, play games, etc.

Spacious home close to beach, but with sound issues

This home accommodated eight adults & two toddlers very comfortably. The home offered three king size beds, along with other bed choices, which was a real plus! I loved the kitchen layout & all the amenities. There was room for several people to prep food while two others cooked. I do wish the kitchen had a few basic staples such as flour, sugar, oil, etc. There were some frying pans that were due for replacement, but for the most part we had all of the utensils and appliances that we needed. The best things about the home were the ocean views (amazing sunsets!), the close proximity to the beach (a short walk), & the availability of activities inside (foosball, pingpong, pool, & shuffleboard). The downside to the home was the sound situation. The home is open concept with an upstairs loft that has the pool table & shuffleboard there. If everyone went to bed at the same time & there were no toddlers involved, this might not have been an issue. However, the noise level caused by game playing or even talking downstairs, really disturbed those in bed, especially the toddlers. It was loud on both the main floor & upstairs. The basement level was more quiet. However, you could here someone walking across the floor above. We had a great time in this beautiful home, but I'm not sure I'd return, only because of the sound issue.

Group getaway

Loved the location. Easy walking distance from stores and shops. Nice walk and access to beach. A bit of a hike returning up the hill but not too bad. Responded very quickly to problem with bar-b-que. Game room was a HUGE hit with team. Master bedroom suite was great. Would have preferred one more suite.

Our whole family loved it. The space the location and how well the house was stocked above average.

A couple items of needing attention; the toilet seat downstairs is cracked, the fridge and refrigerator smelled like fish which permeated the whole room upon our entrance, the ice maker did not work, the trash cans outside were full upon arrival. We kept our trash inside the garage until departure so as not to feed the wildlife and make a mess. Nevertheless, we will rent your home again. Thank you for a memorable place to celebrate my hisband's 70th birthday.

Nov 20th weekend

Overall it was a great stay! Enough rooms for my family and family from out of town loved it. Although I didn't get my driving glasses back unless I had to pay a fee. It was a memorable weekend!

We actually stayed here in March 2013

We stayed here over spring break in 2013 with our kids, some of whom are married and have little ones. This house was extremely comfortable and well suited to our large group. the dining area was large enough for all of us, and our teens loved the garage space where they could watch movies, and play video games and ping pong. The kids also loved that we were close enough to walk to the video store and the grocery store. Lovely, well cared for property.

Amazing beach house

The beach house is so roomy. The kitchen has lots of utensils, different sizes of pots and pans. Love the big dinning table. Things need to improve on: Instruction needed on how to turn on the shower in the bathroom that on the same floor with the laundry room. Heat didn't come down much to that level as well. Overall it was a great pleasant and comfortable place. For sure we will be back.

What a beautiful home!!

Everything was perfect. The home was very clean, well maintained, and well manicured. All furnishings, linens, and appliances are top notch quality. The kitchen is very well equipped, organized and large. The views are fantastic, the beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of room for a lot of guests. Even if the weather is less than perfect, you and your guests will still enjoy your stay, as there are so many entertainment options to keep you occupied within this beautiful home. The double washers and dryers in the large laundry room are very convenient. The bathrooms are very clean and high quality. The owners are wonderful to deal with. They are honest, friendly, and professional. In addition, they will go the extra mile to make your stay nothing less than perfect. They have raised the bar for integrity, I would definitely do business again. Thank you and see you again.
