The Space:

The stunning Oregon coastline awaits your exploration and this quintessential, spacious coastal home provides the perfect landing point. Nestled in beautiful Pacific City, the opportunities for fun in the sun are truly endless! When you aren't walking along the rocky shoreline, check out the plethora of natural areas including Clay Myers State Natural Area at Whalen Island, Nestucca Bay National Wildlife Refuge, Sand Lake Recreation Area, and the Cascade Head Trail. This area also boasts an abundance of local eateries and vibrant boutiques.



As you pull up to your stay, you will instantly be charmed by the home's curb appeal. Walk inside and notice the spacious living room's oversized sofa, gas fireplace, and large TV. The adjacent full kitchen is any chef's dream with its gleaming countertops, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar. When you aren't dining alfresco under the pleasant Oregon sunshine, dine inside at the formal dining table.



The primary bedroom is an oasis in itself with its plush bedding, tasteful decor, and spa-like en suite bathroom. After a day spent in the sun, sink into the impressive jetted tub. The additional three bedrooms are just as lovely with their nods to nautical living.



An additional interior perk, the converted garage comes equipped with a Ping-Pong table, a foosball table, boogie boards, and children's toys. A private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning round out the home's stellar perks.

We had a great stay at Beach Happy. The home is in good location, easy walk to the beach, very spacious, with comfortable sleeping arrangements. It met all our needs and it made our stay enjoyable. Thank you for all the extra toys and items to use in the garage. We appreciated the outdoor warm shower to clean out the sand before entering the home. We loved having the firepit (wished we handsome fire wood though). The only negatives: the stove is archaic and loud (front burner does not work at all ) and needs to be replaced, carpets are also worn and stained, the house was a bit dusty and needs a good deep cleaning. Overall a great stay for our family!

We enjoyed this pet friendly house. It had lots of room and space for our small family gathering 8 people and 2 dogs. We did struggle with the stove. The electric coil burners were uneven heating elements and the griddle on half the stove wasn't used because it was so noisy. The property had lots of beach toys, games, and books to keep both kids and adults entertained. The outside kids toys and furniture was a bit dirty when we arrived. Overall, it was a good place to stay. Main disappointment was difficulty cooking on the stove.

Great house for a couple of families to enjoy with plenty of space and sleeping for all. The location is wonderful with a short walking distance to everything. We enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage and the firepit in the backyard. We love Pacific City!

The house is spacious, the ping pong was fun. The fooseball table had a man missing a bottom peice and the table wasn't even so we couldn't use it. The kids loved having the boogie boards available and the outdoor shower was amazing! The jet tub made for a great way to relax after climbing sand hills. We had issues with the stove but I'm sure it will get fixed soon. Its close enough to the beach and reasonably priced for how many bedrooms and bathrooms they have. I would stay here again.
