The Space:

This private dog-friendly house has everything guests will need to enjoy your stay, like new appliances, a gorgeous modern multi-level layout, and new comfortable furnishings throughout. It represents some of the most popular aspects of Oregonian design, including a seamless transition between the kitchen and living room and different entrances for each level of the house. Outside, there is a top-level balcony so guests can take in all of the sights.



What's nearby:

Oceanside is a short walk away, where guests will find a couple of eating options along with access to the beach (less than half a mile from the house). Netarts is just under three miles to the south, where guests will find even more beach to explore. Check out the beach at Happy Camp (about two-and-a-half miles away), where crabbing right from the shore is a fun option. Tillamook is just over nine miles to the east, where guests will find major shopping, the famous Tillamook Creamery, and more.

House was clean and in a good location, able to walk to the beach and restaurants.It’s definitely on a hillside, and has a lot of stairs.It suited us just fine.We missed a trash pickup because we had not checked an app.

I'd like to make this a 2 part review. The place was 5 Stars as to what was advertised. Very clean, got a text that we could get in 2 hours early, the amenities were very modern and well stocked. The view to the ocean was very limited but still there was something to view. The second part of this review would be 2Stars. If you have trouble with stairs don't book a stay. There is no cell service at the property and VERY limited service in the city limits. We had 2 of the top three cell companies (TM & V) with no coverage. Some may say that a vacation is to get away from your phone and social media but some may use their phone to look for 'restaurants near me', tidal schedules, grocery stores. With almost no restaurants or seafood vendors in OS you will need to find a store and be willing to cook most of your meals. I go on vacation to get away from the kitchen so for me this is a place that doesn't work for me, hence the 2 Stars... But again the place is top notch for clean, neat and straight. The beaches were the cleanest sand I've seen on our yearly trek out to the coast. The online hosts for this property were easy to work with, so another 5 Stars for them.

Nice size for our family. New and contemporary. Remember there are stairs.3 levels. Expecting a few better views, mostly peekaboo views of the ocean. Great time and enjoyed

Family celebration

We were part of a larger group staying in a large house just about 300 ft away. It was easy to walk over and convenient to have our own space too.

The house was beautiful and great views. Very comfortable and quiet could hear the ocean all night it was wonderful. Felt right at home for the holidays.

Oceanside privacy

We loved having 3 floors near the beach but with some privacy. Comfy bed, big tub, room for the dogs to ro.p inside. Enjoyed it very much.

We absolutely love this property and location. Brought our black lab for the first time and he had a wonderful stay as well. The owners clearly care about our canine friends and leave a very welcoming space for the whole family!

Nice Home Away From Home

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds are very comfortable. The bathtub is large and long if you need a soak. Warm floor in the bathroom! There are great kitchen cooking supplies, pots and pans and a nice assortment of those things you forget if you're going to cook. The heaters work great. The view from the small office upstairs is great, what a cozy room to curl up with a book! The walk to the beach is typical for Oceanside, not too long. You'll feel like you are in a nest in a tree above the beach. Enjoy!

Great house

We enjoyed our stay at this newer house in Oceanside! The location is just up the hill from town, maybe a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive, in a very quiet corner of town away from the main street leading to/from Oceanside. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen/dining/living room that was up on the 3rd floor, it felt like you were up in the trees. It is three stories and there isn't an elevator, so be prepared to walk up/down a lot and the house wouldn't be well suited for those with mobility issues.

Oceanside getaway

Nice stay at a very comfortable spot. The weather was so nice, so we had to get out and the area is lovely. We also enjoyed our time at the house though. The open layout of the top floor is great and the stars were out so it was nice time on the deck in the evening.

Zero phone service made emergency situation very stressful

The house is beautiful and the photos portray it perfectly. Everyone who considers renting this house needs to know that there is NO cellular service at the house. We had an emergency situation that required being in contact with our family back home across the country. Because I have an iPhone I was able to set up WiFi calling and receive phone calls and SMS texts through that. Many thanks to another reviewer of this rental home who posted that tip as an aside buried deep in his review. My husband's Android phone did not have that capability. You can get a landline phone with unlimited nationwide calling for $25 per month. The owners of this home should strongly consider doing this. Build it into your rental price if it is too much of a burden to pay that each month. As we fumbled our way through figuring out how to make a phone call from the house, I looked on the internet for reviews of cellular service in the area. I should have done this before renting this house but I never considered to be an issue anywhere I have vacationed in the U.S. and outside the country. All service carriers suck: Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, AT&T (what we have). We had to drive out of town to get bars for LTE service, not even 3G, and had to get almost into Tillamook to get 5G service. I would have been happy with even one bar at the house. Renter beware!

Perfect “ just off the beach “ house

Great property, close to the beach. Light & bright. Would rent again. Only con is it was advertised for 8 people and accommodations were not really sufficient for 8. I would say 5.

Beautiful location and lovely home; our only feedback:: the double bed in the smaller bedroom (2nd floor) was uncomfortable (dipped in the middle) and could use an upgrade!

Very nice vrbo

Very nice ,clean and well equipped. Zero ATT cell coverage but don't blame vrbo owner for this. Property has very good wifi so if you have ATT just configure your phone for wifi calling.
