Conveniently located just steps from the village. The open and inviting living space provides the ideal gathering spot for families and friends, creating a welcoming home base for your island getaway. Relax by the pool, enjoy the spacious interior, and create lasting memories at Island Dayz.
THE SPACE
Enter into the open living space from the covered front porch. There is comfy seating to watch your favorite show or ballgame. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space for serving, eating at the bar and meal prep. And the dining space comfortably seats 6 guests.

Bathroom 1 – Ensuite, separate shower and tub
Bedroom 2 "Blue Room" – Guest house, Queen, TV, attached bathroom. (sleeps 2)
Bathroom 2 – Ensuite, Shower
A small gathering space is in the guest house with a drink refrigerator and sink.
Bedroom 3 "Teal Room" – Guest house, Queen, TV, attached bathroom. (sleeps 2)
Bathroom 3 – Guest house, Shower, accessed via Bedroom 3 and outside access from the pool area
Bathroom 4 – Main House, Hall, Shared half bathroom
Laundry is in the hall off the primary bedroom

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
