The house was wonderful. We did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed. Lots of space to move around in. The beds were very comfortable. We would come back again.

Really enjoyed the property. Would have been better if some beach gear was included. Upstairs AC was not working when we arrived and it was HOT. This was repaired within 1 hour.

We were vey happy with this property and this was a great place for my daughter’s wedding weekend. We definitely enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The only drawback was too close to the road and the 7:30 a.m. Saturday grasscutting.

Family vacation

Property was 1.5 miles from the ocean and St. Simon’s pier. Really good location, clean and nice home. Pictures were accurate.

Comfortable, clean home

We enjoyed the home and the pool. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was in a very convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home

Great house, plenty of room for our girls weekend. Location was great to grocery, Starbucks, restaurants. A 2-mile walk or drive to the beach. Hosts were really easy to communicate with and were very helpful.

Wonderful Home

This home had everything we looked for. The home is immaculate…beautifully decorated and very cozy. The pool was perfect and the fenced in yard was great for our pups. Location was central to all things and we were just a short ride via golf cart/bike to the beach. Highly recommend!!

Excellent house with comfortable beds and furniture (pls note that the main tv sofa had stains all over it) on a very busy road---so busy that it is hard to have a conversation at the pool (which is located by th ) e busy road. The pool and the area around the pool are very small, with only four chairs to sit. The reason i gave a 4/5 for cleaniliness is there were dust bunnies all over the house.

Fun family vacation location

The house isn't far from downtown so it's a short drive to everything. The house was beautiful and clean! The fenced in yard was great for our dogs. Just two things, the house is close to the road so noise from cars driving by can be loud and second, lawn maintenance (leaf blowers) come very early in the am (730/8 am). Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing house for two families!

We had an excellent week at this property. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and there was plenty of space inside the house for two families to feel comfortable. One small complaint is that we paid extra for the pool to be heated (even though it was advertised as a heated pool), but the heat stopped the last night we were on the property which made our last night not as enjoyable as the rest. Other than that, it was great!

Beautiful House! A little disappointed that the main part of the ad intro says "heated pool" but you scroll down and there is an unknown fee. Just think it could be more upfront in the listing?

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool is wonderful. Wish we’d know it was on the same side of the house as the main road. That was pretty loud and got in the way of total relaxation. However you can’t hear the traffic inside. Also the kitchen isn’t as well equipped as it could be but we were only there for a long weekend so we didn’t mind. Overall it was a nice place to stay!

We had a small set back with the hot tub working appropriately but the mgt team acted fast and got it working for the next night. Kitchen could use some more pots and pans for group stays and recommend an extra garbage can if only being picked up once a week. Upon arrival the trash was over flowing.

We didn’t actually check in until after 4pm. The house was not as clean as expected. A bag of chips was left in the master bedroom. Bathrooms were dusty. Heated pool did not work even though we paid extra. Towels were still drying when we checked in and trash can outside was full.

OK but not Great

Our stay was OK but not great - mattress in downstairs bedroom was very firm and when you moved the bed frame mad noises. The lighting was difficult to figure out and the under cabinet LED lighting didn’t work. Quality of appliances was very good and all worked well. Hot water to shower and faucets took way to long (minutes in the morning).

Perfect place for a relaxing week

This is a beautiful house located in a great spot on St. Simons Island. Downtown, the pier, the beaches and parks are all just a very short drive away. The grocery store is almost directly across the street from this house, along with a nice selection of restaurants. The house is beautifully decorated and well-stocked with everything you might need. We all loved the pool and hot tub! There was one minor issue with the hot tub draining because the power had clicked off due to a big storm. I called the after-hours number because I was afraid that it might damage the pump or something, not because we needed the hot tub fixed immediately and they sent a very nice man over to fix it within minutes! I could not believe how quickly he got there and took care of it. I would stay at this property again in a hearbeat. It's clean and beautiful and very well-managed.

When we arrived, we experienced a home that very carefully was filthy. That was a Saturday. I left messages Saturday evening and all day Sunday without any reply. To the management companies, credit, on Monday I spoke to someone who was very nice and sent out a full cleaning crew to clean the home from top to bottom. Including the pool, which was gross! We also expected a significantly better equipped kitchen, which wasn’t the case. The management company did bring by some new pots and pans and a grill to replace the extremely rusty one that was there when we checked in. The kitchen is not equipped to the standards of other properties we have stayed in for this price. There was old food, old beer, a moldy water, pitcher, and insufficiently cleaned and kept.Candidly for the money we paid the property didn’t live up to expectations. Especially having to be there two nights in a filthy home the road noise in this property is significant.We were there for our son‘s wedding, and clearly will be coming to Saint Simons again. We won’t be staying in this house.Wilder management company did do the best they could, two days later to make it right, and that effort was certainly appreciated, the caring upkeep of this home, is it worth the money we paid?
