Inside, the bright and colorful living area opens into an inviting open-concept layout centered around a plush sectional and large TV, perfect for movie nights and slow mornings. The full chef’s kitchen offers modern appliances, generous counter space, and a dedicated coffee counter designed for ease and connection. A standalone ice maker in the laundry room keeps coolers ready for the beach or an afternoon by the pool.

The home offers five bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping up to fifteen guests. Two serene king rooms create restful retreats for couples or parents, while the spacious bunk room—featuring full-over-full bunks with a twin trundle—gives kids, teens, or friends plenty of room to spread out. A double-queen ensuite with patio access provides a private hideaway with its own bathroom and walk-out connection to the outdoors, and an additional queen bedroom rounds out the comfortable sleeping arrangements. The shared hallway bathroom includes a classic tub/shower combo, while the ensuite bath offers a walk-in shower.

Step outside and the home transforms into your own private resort. A heated dipping pool and separate hot tub invite relaxation from sunrise to late evening, with an outdoor shower, while the firepit offers a cozy spot to gather beneath the stars. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Guests can enjoy complimentary use of the bikes during their stay. Waivers must be signed prior to use.
- Please note that pool heat is available at $150 per night.
- Please note your home comes equipped with a pack'n'play and high-chair.
- Golf cart rental is available for $107 per day and must be booked for the entire length of the stay; partial-day rentals are not allowed. Waivers must be signed prior to use.
- Please note: Complimentary beach gear is provided (chairs, umbrellas, wagon, and coolers), subject to availability and condition.

- Private driveway parking for 3 cars.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
