Host was very helpful, FiDi location was excellent! Perfectly sized for 2 families traveling together and with so many amenities. Will stay again.

Beautiful luxury home in a great neighborhood with plenty of space and rooms. The host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay! Location is phenomenal right next to Joe’s pizza, Starbucks and the subway along with walking distance to many great places including Wall Street, 9/11 Memorial and more! Lots of space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Host had great communication. Greatly appreciated the hospitality and would return!

This is a spacious, modern 3 bedroom property in an excellent location. It is comfortable and bright. It is across the street from a subway station, and is surrounded by stores and restaurants, including a pizza place that is quite good and a Starbucks across the street. The setup has some glitches, including a shower/bath where the water escapes to the surrounding floor, and poor lighting in the master bedroom and bathroom. We also had a fruit fly issue, mainly in the kitchen that was not resolved during our stay, despite texts to the property manager. Overall, this property worked nicely but not seamlessly for our family.

Best location with access to so many trains. Really helpful service. Is just as the photos describe. Great kitchen. Could do with a few things fixed (broken doors/shelves), but for NYC the value was perfect and so on point. Oh! Also great warm water/shower pressure and warm in a surprisingly cold March! Thank you.

Great for our family of four (two adults two teenagers)! Everyone had their own space, and two full bathrooms is always a welcome luxury. Condition of the bathrooms is good not great but completely acceptable for our needs. There are plenty of grocery or convenience stores (including a CVS) within seconds of the apartment, so we were able to stock up on basic provisions like coffee, tea, snacks, etc. (only one of the three sinks had any hand soap). The decor is minimalist but comfortable - beds and couch served their purposes! The location is excellent, just down the block from the subway, directly above a delicious pizza shop, and around the block from at least two amazing bagel shops (Apollo Bagel is incredible). Aside from some necessary cosmetic fixes to the bathrooms, it is a perfect Lower Manhattan/FiDi 3bd/2ba and we will absolutely look to stay again.

We gathered in NYC for a family event. With food allergies, we booked this place because it offered a chef's kitchen. There was confused communication about who would be assisting us during our stay. The host assigned someone, who then passed us onto someone else. Check-in was fine. We were greeted by a polite young man. The place looks, feels like, and is maintained like its owned by someone using it as an investment property. Nothing personal whatsoever greeted us. No welcome note, little gift basket, maybe just a bottle of wine? When we asked about wi-fi we were told the code is on back of the modem. The furniture is basic. Only one shower has a curtain (so we all shared that one). The hall bath vanity had one of four lightbulbs installed (What?) Half of the porcelain toilet-paper holder in the spa master bathroom is broken off. Toilet paper was instead placed on the back of the toilet. Our biggest issue arose when there was no gas to the stove, the toaster broke out into a fire, and we were unable to use the kitchen for cooking. We stayed for four days/three nights and notified the contact right away. It took him hours to respond. The issue was never resolved. We asked for a partial refund from the host for paying for a complete kitchen that we could not use to cook anything. It has been 3 weeks. We felt it fair to offer the host time to respond to us reaching out multiple times before leaving this review.

This property is conveniently located 5 minutes walking distance to the one World Trade Center, and very close to the subway station! The unit was clean, comfortable, family-friendly and spacious and kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here! The hosts are communicative and prompt in their replies!

The property was exactly as described. It is a very large apartment for NY & is in a very convenient location. Very nice, very clean, host is extremely communicative & accomodating. We will be staying here again.

On our way in, we got stuck in the elevator and then we could not leave the apartment for over 2 hours because the elevator did not work. We took 2 toddlers an 82 year-old senior a blind man and 2 women down 4 flights of emergency exit stairs to get the hell out of there. If the elevators don't work and the building is under construction, it should not be rented. We got our money back.
