The Golden Timber Retreat is professionally managed by Digs Co. | Vacation Rentals. Our boutique, full service company is committed to providing stellar guest experiences and raising the bar for the vacation rental industry. Our Guest Services team is available to answer questions from 9am-5pm, and confirmed guests are given emergency contact information for after hours needs.

This gated neighborhood is located directly across from the Nelson Preserve, public Suncadia amenities. Hiking trails, sledding hills, golf, bike pump track, playgrounds, tennis, pickle ball, ice skating, cross country skiing, bike rentals, shops, dining and more!

**No Access to Suncadia Pool and Fitness Center**

SUNCADIA AMENITIES + RESTRICTIONS
You can access the following events or amenities that Suncadia offers:
-Events at the Nelson Farm Preserve such as the Fall Festival, Farmer's Markets, Pop Ups, etc
-Ice Skating near the lodge
-Any of the restaurants or bars at the lodge, Swiftwater Winery or the Inn
-Tubing/ Sledding hills
-Golf (including a free par 3 area near the winery)
-Equipment rentals (bikes, paddleboards, etc)
- Basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, parks, playgrounds, walking trails, biking trails
- River access

Restrictions include:
-Pool/ Fitness - We are unable to provide access to the Suncadia Swim + Fitness centers, including the Nelson Farm Pool. These restrictions are due to Suncadia policies that are outside of our control.
-Suncadia policies prohibit all terrain vehicles and snowmobiles.

- Main Level -
The main floor features a spacious primary suite with a king bed and private patio access. The ensuite bathroom includes dual sinks, a walk-in shower, separate toilet room, and a large walk-in closet, plus thoughtful touches like a Dyson hair dryer and TV for added comfort.
Just off the kitchen, you’ll find an additional king bedroom with TV, conveniently located near the mudroom and laundry room.

- Kitchen -
The chef-worthy kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and designed for both everyday meals and entertaining. Amenities include a gas range, beverage refrigerator, Ninja coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, Ninja blender, hand mixer, waffle maker, and Ninja Air Crispi (air fryer)—along with a fully stocked kitchen and Our Place titanium cookware. Coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer are provided.

The great room boasts soaring ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, Smart TV, and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, creating the perfect space to gather, relax, and unwind.

- Upper Level -
Upstairs, one king bedroom features a dedicated work desk, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom.
Another king bedroom with TV shares a full bathroom with the bonus/bunk room, making it ideal for families or groups.

The bonus room is a true highlight—designed for fun and downtime alike. It includes four built-in bunks, a skeeball game, Xbox, TV, board games, books, mini fridge, and a wet bar, creating a perfect hangout space for kids and adults.

- Outdoor Living -
Step outside to the private back patio, complete with a hot tub, comfortable outdoor seating centered around a gas fireplace, a large dining table, and a plumbed gas BBQ—perfect for year-round outdoor entertaining.

- Garage & Game Space -
The garage has been transformed into an additional recreation area with shuffleboard, ping pong, and a small seating area for relaxed competition and fun. EV charger available for guest use as well!

A vehicle is recommended for getting around Suncadia and exploring the surrounding area. Golden Timber Retreat offers easy access to Suncadia’s roads and trail system, with downtown Roslyn and Cle Elum just a short drive away. During winter months, guests should come prepared for mountain driving conditions and check road and pass conditions before traveling.

- Standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Early check in or late check outs not guaranteed. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the home, so we won’t be able to offer this. We won’t know until 24 hour prior to your dates, so be sure to ask our guest services team about availability and additional fees.. For guaranteed flexibility, we invite you to reserve the night before or the night after to ensure you can arrive and depart at your leisure.
- Up to 2 dogs welcomed for additional fees. Guests must follow pet policies in house rules and in our guidebook.k.
- Guests advised to purchase travel for unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies enforced.
- Guests are asked to provide a complete list of their registered guests (adults over the age of 18) including, but not limited to full names and ages. Vehicles must also be registered by provided make, model and license plate numbers. Guests not willing to comply with these requirements are subject to cancellation without a refund.
