✓ Parking for 3 vehicles; street parking is prohibited.
✓ This property is in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes, and a car pass is required for every vehicle. One car pass is included in the reservation.
✓ Please contact us before arrival to purchase additional passes for $35 per week.
✓ The community pool does not have safety equipment. All activities are at your own risk
✓ PET POLICY: No pets allowed. Please plan accordingly.
✓ Minimum age to book: 25 years.
✓ Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (per Hilton Head ordinance).
✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island has planned a beach renourishment project for 2025, with the beach area next to the home expected to be impacted for a short period of time some time from November 2025 through May 2026.
