The "Rivah" is waiting for you at this waterfront 4-bedroom homestead property. Inside, guests find a cozy retreat with one king bed, three queen beds, a full bed, and a twin bed, perfect for families or groups. This home also features two full bathrooms, and a half bath. You will find a well-stocked beautiful kitchen, plenty of dining space, a comfortable living room with leather furniture, and even a large mud/laundry room for those wet bathing suites and towels. Speaking of bathing suits- you will be able to swim in the salt water pool in the backyard or chill in the jacuzzi, all while enjoying water views.

Enjoy a peaceful stay here where comfort meets modern yet rustic charm. Whether you’re relaxing in the cozy living room, having coffee or drinking wine on the massive screened in porch, or exploring the quaint nearby towns, this fantastic home offers a welcoming space to unwind. While there are plenty of places to gather together, we are also proud to offer tv's in each bedroom for winding down or rainy days where everyone may retreat to their own space for a bit. This makes our spot great for longer stays.

What else makes this home an amazing place to stay? The property is a working farm homestead. The owner lives in the garage apartment on site, and his son stays in the neighboring cabin. You may catch them pulling in oysters, completing artisan wood projects, driving the tractor, or working in the gardens on the property. You will have the Homestead property to yourself, but should you have any questions during your stay, the owner can be reached via text or the booking platform.

As his guest you also have access to the fig orchard, asparagus patch, fresh eggs, vegetable gardens, and blueberry bushes- all within their appropriate season. Feel free to walk and explore our 10 acres. Just mind your step!

We are located in a nice rural area where you can spot wildlife on a evening walk, see the stars, and sleep without hearing traffic. But what's great is that we are located only 20-25 minutes from the towns of Kilmarnock, Irvington, Heathsville, White Stone, and Reedville. Explore their historic offerings, parks, concert venues, boutique shops, farm stands, coffee spots, and dining options. The Northern Neck (nickname for this region of Virginia) is also known for its Chesapeake Bay wine trail. There are many wineries around us.
