The Space:

Paradise on Padre is a spacious two-story home on the beach side of South Padre Island, built for big families and groups who want to spread out and have fun. The heart of the home is upstairs, where an open living, kitchen, and dining space sits under vaulted ceilings and opens to a wrap-around balcony that looks down over the private pool and out toward the water. Downstairs, a converted game room keeps everyone entertained, and outside, the fenced pool with its tanning shelf and fountains is the center of island days. With the sand just a short walk away, it is an easy, playful basecamp for your island getaway.

• Primary Bedroom: king bed with an en suite bathroom, on the main level

• Second Bedroom: two queen beds plus a sleeper sofa, with a TV and sitting area, on the main level

• Third Bedroom: a large upstairs suite with a king bed, two double beds, and twin bunk beds, plus its own en suite



Bathrooms

The home offers four full bathrooms, two with jetted tubs, so busy mornings and post-beach showers are easy for the whole group. Standard bath amenities are provided, including towels, soap, and shower essentials.



Living Areas

The upstairs living space is the home's natural gathering spot, with vaulted ceilings, big windows, comfortable seating, and a big-screen TV. The open layout flows between the living room, kitchen, and dining area and out to the balcony, making it easy for everyone to stay together while still having room to relax.



Kitchen & Dining

The full kitchen is ready for everything from quick beach-day breakfasts to big family dinners, with a large center island, plenty of counter space, a dishwasher, and seating for the crowd. A round dining table and a casual nook give you more places to gather over meals.



Game Room

The downstairs game room is built for fun, with billiards, a kitchenette, and a full-size refrigerator, while the upstairs living space adds a professional foosball table and game consoles. Out in the yard, life-size hopscotch and a chess board keep the games going outdoors.



Outdoor Space & Pool

The private fenced pool is the centerpiece of the home, with a shallow tanning shelf and water fountains that keep kids happy for hours. Around it, a large cool deck and covered patio offer pool furniture, a gas grill, and a fire pit for easy outdoor living. Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire two-story home, including the private pool, covered patio, wrap-around balcony, game room, and garage and driveway parking. Simple, flexible, self-check-in. You will be provided with a code to access the lockbox, where your key will be waiting. Parking is available in the garage and driveway. Please note this is a two-story home with interior staircases connecting the main living level and the bedrooms.



The Neighborhood:

Paradise on Padre is located on the beach side of South Padre Island, just a short walk from the sand. The island is a walkable, family-friendly stretch of the Texas Gulf Coast, with beaches, restaurants, and attractions close by. South Padre Island Beach is about a five-minute walk, and local favorites like Louie's Backyard, Tom and Jerry's, and Whataburger are all within easy reach. Beach Park at Isla Blanca, Gravity Park, and the South Padre Island Community Center are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around South Padre Island and to reach the home. The nearest airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International (BRO), about a 40-minute drive, with Valley International in Harlingen (HRL) roughly an hour away. Once you arrive, the beach and many island restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and the rest of the island is a quick drive up Padre Boulevard.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Maximum occupancy is 16 guests, and only registered guests are permitted.

• This is a two-story home with interior staircases.

• A four-night minimum applies to stays during the month of August.

• Every reservation includes accidental damage protection for added peace of mind.

• Additional fees and taxes may apply to your reservation total.

• No smoking, parties, or events.

• Please note that if your stay includes a Monday or Thursday, our scheduled pool maintenance team may arrive during the day to perform routine pool cleaning.
