Very cute. Back deck and front porch/yard were great places to hang out. Close to historic area.

Everything was great, the location, the amenities offered with the house. The hot tub and fire pit were a hit. Also super close to George st. The house decor is super super cool We will definitely be back!

Laurel is simply The Best host we have ever had in all our years. Her home, well the pictures do not do it justice. It is a masterpiece and she put so much love and detail into every inch of it. It sparkles and she has it well stocked.Every room is so made for vacation vibes and the bed is so comfortable. She even has yoga mats and a block and the energy is perfect for practicing yoga - or just to read and relax…and of course there is the hot tub on her beautiful lanai.The residential neighborhood is beautiful and so very quiet. My husband and I barely took the car out (she has great parking here and you need it in St. Augustine) and we could not believe how close we are to the historic downtown - truly within minutes of walking.By far, Laurel and her home has been the best experience we have had in all our years. Laurel was so responsive in my inquiries for recommendations and we sincerely thank her and Brittany. We cannot wait to come back to Bohemian Paradise and magnificent St. Augustine.

The owners have a booklet with lots of rules, and requirements, but we experienced several major items not as advertised, We could not use the hot tub, firepit or the putting green because they were not clean. We made our concerns known to the owner and received excuses and no resolution. The A/C thermostat has a sign on the wall not to lower the thermostat below 74 degrees. It was hot during our stay in October, and I can't imagine a summer stay! The driveway is wide enough (barely) for a car, The neighbor surprised us during our stay trying to come on the property. They stated they were going to take out some trash. I asked them to please stay away because of our small dog who may run away if he opens the front gate. They came the next morning, anyway, alarming my family as I was away from the house at the time. They also use the same driveway to enter and exit their home. A final item is the 10 am check out. This is very early and rare in any home or hotel we have rented.The owners should potential renters of these matters.We are stellar renters and would not have liked to write this review, but the lack of attention and respect we got left us no choice. Renter beware.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at your home in Saint Augustine! Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations, and we wanted to share what made it so special:* Beautiful Design: The house is stunning, and we absolutely loved the Bohemian theme throughout the decor. It felt like a true tropical escape from the moment we walked in.* Ideal Location: Loved the location. We were in walking distance to everything.* Excellent Amenities: The hot tub was a highlight for us—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Not only did we enjoy the putting green, but the weather was perfect to use the fire pit. We also took advantage of the record player, which brought back great memories.* Space for Everyone: We really appreciated the amount of common space and the fun selection of games. Having the extra apartment above the garage would be a huge plus should you have a large group, providing everyone with plenty of room and privacy. Ample parking for several vehicles. * We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend your home to anyone visiting the area! Thank you for being such a great host.

The house was roomy and, as described, Bohemian. It was a lot of fun to look at all the tchotchkes throughout the house. There were a lot of things to do around the house to keep you busy, and the house was a very walkable distance to down town. The street the house is on is completely tore up which was a little inconvenient to get in and out.
