The view was spectacular and the suite was great for the most part, the shower head from the ceiling in the master bedroom does not work properly, when you turn it on it sprays erratically outside the shower stall and on to the bathroom floor. There was a couple times throughout our stay we didn't have water for a few hours which was frustrating. The sauna/workout room was closed so we couldn't use that. Ron the host was always in great communication when we needed him.

We had a great trip to Pensacola. The condo was perfect for our visit. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil, pot/pan, etc. that we needed to be able cook meals while there. The condo itself was very comfortable. I think one of the greatest things about this condo was the hosts themselves. Unlike most we’ve stayed in, we got to have personal contact with a local owner instead of a bigger company which makes communication difficult. We greatly appreciate Ron and Theresa, and the great service they provided. We will definitely return.

Booked last minute and loved it. Although only one elevator was working and they were doing cleaning on the exterior, this wasn't a problem and would probably be resolved soon. Great location (close enough to walk to Casino Beach) but a nice distance away from the crowds. Great communication by Ron and the place was fantastic.10/10 would recommend.
