Your perfect Pensacola Beach serene getaway awaits you at our Emerald Isle 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo "Sun Chaser". Located in the heart of Pensacola Beach. This newly updated unit gives you panoramic views of the Pensacola Beach's beautiful emerald waters from the 10th floor.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, beautiful tile backsplash, and smooth granite countertops. The master bathroom upgrade includes a large walk-in shower with a rainforest shower head. The living room features beautiful grey leather suite-arranged couches so you can relax with your favorite TV program or catch a red and orange beach sunset through the Gulf Front windows. Additional reading chairs give enough seating for the whole family to enjoy an evening together. The open-concept kitchen with an eat-at-bar adjacent to the 6-person table allows the chef to join in breakfast conversations or dinner stories as the whole group sits down to enjoy a nice meal cooked on the stainless steel glass top stove and oven.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and direct access to the balcony. The en suite features a large walk-in shower with a rainforest shower head and ocean inspired tiles, everything you need to relax, including a seating bench. The guest bedroom has been recently updated with a queen-size bed and TV, perfect space for the kids or another couple to relax.
Emerald Isle has a lot to offer its guests! Two gulf side pools will let you enjoy the beach views without the sand. The smaller pool is heated from October through March. The pool deck includes a hot tub that overlooks the beach as well. The property also houses a small workout room and dry sauna. Walk across the pool deck to the walk-over and your toes are in the sand just steps from the shoreline. You never have to leave the property to enjoy the sun, sand, and relaxation. After your perfect beach day you are just within walking distance of dining, shops, and night life.

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at Pensacola Beach! The condo was immaculate, fully equipped, and perfectly situated right on a beautiful beachfront within walking distance to local dining and shopping. Ron was an exceptional host. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Spacious, clean and convenient. Great master shower, extra blankets & pillows available. Everything needed in the kitchen. Comfortable furniture and beds. Awesome communication!

We had a great trip to Pensacola. The condo was perfect for our visit. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil, pot/pan, etc. that we needed to be able cook meals while there. The condo itself was very comfortable. I think one of the greatest things about this condo was the hosts themselves. Unlike most we’ve stayed in, we got to have personal contact with a local owner instead of a bigger company which makes communication difficult. We greatly appreciate Ron and Theresa, and the great service they provided. We will definitely return.

The view was amazing and the condo was very nice!! Well stocked and very clean! Ron and his wife checked in with us the morning of the day we were checking in and registered our vehicle for us. Gave us the pass codes and made sure we were all set!! Excellent hosts and condo!! We definitely will make this our annual vacation home!!

Booked last minute and loved it. Although only one elevator was working and they were doing cleaning on the exterior, this wasn't a problem and would probably be resolved soon. Great location (close enough to walk to Casino Beach) but a nice distance away from the crowds. Great communication by Ron and the place was fantastic.10/10 would recommend.

Very easy check in. Very clean. Exactly as pictured in the posting. The hosts were also very easy to communicate with. Within walking distance to several good restaurants. I would highly recommend this unit and we would definitely stay here again.

Pensacola Beach getaway
We enjoyed our first trip to the Pensacola Beach area. The condo was great and we would stay there again. Enjoyed all of the restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Family vacation

The condo was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. Great view of the ocean from the balcony and nice pool area. Management was easily reachable via text.

Excellent vacation getaway
The condo me and my wife stayed in was excellent, the view was fantastic from the tenth floor. I would recommend to any one for a relaxing getaway room 1003.
