Udsigten er spektakulær fra dette condo på 5. sal i Golfen på alles favorit, Emerald Isle. Bekvemt beliggende lige overfor Paradise Beach Homes-kontoret (gør indtjekning en leg!), Emerald Isle er en 17-etagers højhus med to puljer (en opvarmet om vinteren), boblebad og fitnesscenter.

Emerald Isle # 502 administreres professionelt af Paradise Beach Homes.

Emerald Isle 502 er en pænt dekoreret to-værelses soveplads med seks sovepladser, med en konge i soveværelset, dronning i gæsten og dronning sovesofa i stuen. Badeværelserne har begge opvaskemaskineopgraderinger.

Dette er det bedste sted på hele øen, hvorfra man kan se Blue Angels flyve i løbet af deres årlige sommerstrandshow i nu for at reservere din plads! I slutningen af en solopblødt dag på stranden er der underholdning for alle med fladskærms-tv'er overalt i lejligheden og gratis trådløst internet. Vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i lejligheden. Beliggende kun en halv mile fra kerneområdet på stranden, butikker og restauranter.

På grund af HOA-reglerne er der maksimalt to biler pr. Reservation.

Great location

Place was stocked with basic dishes, was clean and had a great view of the water. We watched the Blue Angels from the beach and the next day watched from the balcony. Both ways we had a great view.

Great condo right on Pensacola Beach! This is our second year in a row staying at Emerald Isle and it never disappoints. The view from the balcony is top notch and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. Location is key being right down the street from all the great restaurants as well. I would recommend anyone that wants a nice Gulf vacay to stay at Emerald Isle for sure!

Condo was as pictured. Clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Excellent view of the ocean. Close to everything so we walked mostly and that was nice. The trolley is fun and stops were nearby to get on and off. Would stay here again for sure.

Everything was as described. The only complaint is the lack of elevators functioning. The beach is beautiful and a nice walk to the pier. It could have been a perfect vacation had the government shut down taken place. In any case, I would stay again and recommend it, but if elevators not repaired I would stay on the first four floors for stairs access.

The condo is close to several bars and restaurants. The pool was very nice. We just wished the condo included beach chair service.

the condo was very clean and everything listed (and more) was included and in great shape. We even had an early check-in. Without requesting. Perfect…. Except for the beach restoration project that was currently being constructed and we had no access to the beach directly in front of the condo. We only got to spend 1 out of 4 days on the beach. I realize this was out of the condo owner’s control but would have appreciated notification to adjust our schedule especially with 2 and 3 year old grands. We would definitely use this condo again because of it’s accommodations but would check on activities currently taking place around the condo.

The property was wonderful! The only thing to complain about was the locks on balcony doors were hard to lock and unlock. It took a lot of strength to do so. The property is located in a good area. You can walk basically wherever you wanted to go but its also towards the end away from most traffic. I would definitely rent again!

Beautiful Place and View

The condo was beautiful, everything was nice and everything worked great! My only complaint was the floors! Not sure the cleaning crew vacuumed! There was so much sand I hand to sweep when we got there! Overall a beautiful place and would stay again!!

Everything about Emerald Isle is great. Our unit was perfect for the four of us. The only issue was the mattress in the master bedroom, it was at the end of its life. Other than that, we will be back.

Condo was nice. Spacious and a lovely view. Busier area than we are used to in PCB so more people to dodge on the beach. Boardwalk made it easy to get to the beach. Pool was busy but always clean. 4 stars because for a huge complex, there were only two elevators, one of which was down most of the time. Not anything that the owner could do about that- just made elevator wait times ridiculous.

Great place, great location. Only problem we had was when we called for the late check in information we were told they would text me the info. By time we landed i had no text and we spend 2 hrs trying to find where we needed to be to ger our access codes. Would stay again even after the inconvenience of that. The place was spectacular itself!
