Welcome to my apartment : a place with a story, a soul, and a real life behind its walls !
The neighborhood : Located in the heart of the 10th arrondissement, near the Canal Saint-Martin, the apartment is an ideal base to explore an authentic, vibrant and creative Paris. You’re right at the edge of the Marais, the Grands Boulevards with their theatres and cabarets, close to the 11th and its buzzing cafés and restaurants, as well as Belleville and its Chinese district. The Opera and department stores such as Galeries Lafayette are about a 35-minute walk away, and the rest of Paris is easily reachable by metro.

The transportation : The apartment is located 200 meters from Place de la République and République metro station (lines 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11), and a 5-minute walk from both Jacques Bonsergent (line 5) and Strasbourg–Saint-Denis (line 4). There's also a lot of bus lines (like the 20 and the 96)

The apartment : Set under the roof at the 4th floor (5th for americans who counts the ground floor as the first one), south-facing and very bright, and very quiet as it’s located at the back of the courtyard, the apartment feels like a calm bubble in the middle of the city. Wooden floors, beams, natural light, and classic Parisian charm : that's what you'll get here :)
You'll be able to enjoy :
- a beautiful main living space with an open, fully equipped kitchen, friendly and functional (oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, fridge, freezee, soup/smoothie maker, toaster, coffee machine... etc)
- a cosy bedroom with a queen size bed, a premium mattress bought 6 months ago and a dressing area
- a concrete-finish bathroom with an open walk-in shower, large sink and WC
- a frosted glass partition between the kitchen and the bathroom that lets the light through
Altogether, it’s simple, elegant, warm and comfortable. Easy to live in, easy to sleep in, and easy to quickly feel at home.

I’m a Parisian based in Paris for many years now, working in the fashion and creative industry. I spend my time between the city and travelling, which is probably why I care so much about places that feel like real homes rather than just places to pass through. I enjoy welcoming people who are curious, respectful and interested in experiencing the city in a more local way. Hosting for me is less about renting a space and more about sharing a place I love, and I’m always happy if guests feel comfortable, at home, and enjoy Paris the way I do.

I chose this neighbourhood because it’s one of the rare places in Paris that feels both truly central and genuinely alive. It’s a crossroads between very different atmospheres: the creative energy of the Canal Saint-Martin, the elegance of the Marais, the theatres and historic cafés of the Grands Boulevards, the lively food and bar scene of the 11th, and the multicultural spirit of Belleville.
What I enjoy most is the balance — you can walk everywhere, always discover something new, yet still live in a real neighbourhood with local shops, markets, cafés, and people who actually live here. It’s a place where Paris feels dynamic but not artificial, busy but still human. You’re in the middle of everything, without feeling swallowed by it — and that’s exactly what I love about it.
What I enjoy most is the balance — you can walk everywhere, always discover something new, yet still live in a real neighbourhood with local shops, markets, cafés, and people who actually live here. It’s a place where Paris feels dynamic but not artificial, busy but still human. You’re in the middle of everything, without feeling swallowed by it — and that’s exactly what I love about it.

Bye bye rentals that look the same all around the world ! This is a real home, owned by a real Parisian girl who has been working in fashion for over ten years and who loves travelling, beautiful objects, materials, and details that tell a story. There is no standardised décor or sterile atmosphere here: you’ll find vintage furniture, second-hand finds, books, and objects brought back from around the world — a warm, personal, lived-in interior. The space is meant to feel good to live in :)
