I do want to mention, checking in at the front lobby is standard and part of the check in process in order to get the key to your unit. We hope you come back to stay with us again.

Dear Jorge, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for choosing to stay at Diamond Beach Resort. We're happy to hear you enjoyed the pool, the property overall, and your time in our beautiful town. We also appreciate your feedback regarding our check-in and check-out times. We understand that these times can feel restrictive, especially when you're eager to start your vacation or would like a little extra time before departing. Our schedule is designed to give our housekeeping and maintenance teams enough time to thoroughly prepare each home so every guest arrives to a clean and well-maintained property. We do offer early check-in or late check-out whenever our schedule allows, and we encourage guests to reach out in advance so we can accommodate those requests whenever possible. We also appreciate your comments about the air conditioning and will continue to evaluate ways to improve our guests' comfort, especially during the warmer months. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future. The Grand Welcome Galveston Team
