This comfortable two bedroom, two bathroom condo along 30A offers an open floor plan, full furnishings, and sleeping options well suited for families or couples. Guests enjoy deeded access to Eastern Lake with a community dock, as well as a gated setting with ample parking and a golf cart charging station. On-site amenities include a community pool, elevator access, and convenient bike racks. Dining, coffee, and nature trails are nearby.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Inside the gated community, guests also enjoy the pool, elevator access, ample parking, and easy access to Eastern Lake via the community dock.

Parking:

Free on-site parking available in the gated community. No parking passes are required. Please park only in designated community parking areas and do not block drive lanes or access points.

One of the highlights of this property is the deeded access to Eastern Lake, along with a community dock where guests can enjoy peaceful lake views and time on the water. The gated community provides a sense of privacy and convenience, with ample parking available and a golf cart charging station for guests who choose to explore the area by cart. Step outside to enjoy a private balcony overlooking Point Washington State Forest, offering a peaceful view of nature right from the condo. Beach days are easy with provided beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella. Guests are welcome to use the shared barbecue grill in the community area.

While the condo is situated in a quieter area, it is located nearby from well-known local spots such as Old Florida Fish House and Beachy Bean Coffee, as well as other nearby shops and eateries. Nature lovers will appreciate the close proximity to Point Washington State Forest, offering trails and outdoor experiences just moments away. Public beach access is located a little over a mile from the community.

No pets are allowed in this community per HOA rules.

A community dumpster is located in the Heron's Watch parking lot for guest use. Please place all bagged trash inside the dumpster and do not leave trash outside or on the ground.

Guests may store kayaks in the wooded area near the dock for easy access to the beach. Please note that kayak racks in the parking lot are reserved for owners only.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
