The view and access to the beach makes this place. It’s dated but being able to walk out directly on the sand to the beach is worth every penny! We will be back! (A hair dryer would be nice) lol

It’s an older condo but you can’t beat the convenience of being directly on the Gulf! You literally walk outside your back door to the sand. It was pretty quiet and convenient to several restaurants and shopping.

There were 2 doors to unlock and we were only given the code to the unit but not the main entrance to enter the building. Noisy neighbors above us. Deck appeared unsafe as it was an old building. Beach chairs were available but we were not told that we could use them. Another guest had to tell us. Floors in the unit were uneven.

The location and proximity to the beach is awesome. Check in was easy and communication was ok. With that being said the property is not well maintained. It really needs to be refurbished and thoroughly cleaned.

Beautiful getaway spot

Stayed here for a few days to get away from regular life hustle and bustle. The property was exactly what I needed. All the amenities, right on the beach (a beautiful location), close to good restaurants, quiet. Will stay here again.

Was very pleased with the location and the private beach access, water was beautiful and clean. Owner kept in contact when internet had problems. To say the least it was a 10 for us, will definitely come back!

Perfect stay!

We’ve stayed at these properties twice now. Both times were excellent! Centrally located close to everything you need, and the beach view is beautiful!

We love this place!

We love this place! Me and my best friend have been staying here every year for the past couple summers and highly recommend. It is literally on the water and super close to restaurants. Beaches are clean and not crowded.

Miramar Trip

Our trip was amazing! You can't beat the location and this listing was the perfect size for a couple. The Adirondack beach chairs, balcony, and gas grill were all very nice. We would definitely book here again!

Honeymoon

This was the perfect townhouse for my husband and I. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you choose to cook. The bed is comfortable and clean with a beautiful view. We hope to come back soon!

All you need!

Enjoyed our weekend at Sticks in the sand 2b. Great use of space. Perfect location right in the beach and right between Whales Tails and Pomono Joe’s. Enjoyed grilling our meals and watching the sunset. Would recommend this unit

The location was spot on. The beach and being close to everything means a lot. The condo itself needs some work. We lost power on the receptable's that ran the tv in the living area (the tv in the bedroom isn't a smart tv) and also the one that ran the frig! We pulled the frig out to plug it into another receptable, luckily my wife had a short extension cord, when we pulled the frig out it was half way of the front door. The front of the building looks good, however, the back not so much, from the beach looking backwards to the building the word "slums" would describe it best. The wash off area is small, really small, with trash and what appears to be items left from previous customers including floats, sand buckets, trash, chairs, broken umbrellas, broken beach toys, and etc... All of this and some things beyond the control of the condo folks (third party beach service) happened to my wife and I such that we decided we won't be staying here again. In summary it's like staying on 5th avenue in the slums but paying 5th avenue pricing.
