The property is in great location with direct beach access. The ocean views from the balcony were great. The unit itself is in dire need of renovations. The beach access is old rotten stairs/decking connected to the balcony by a door that is literally falling apart. There were rusted nails sticking out of the decking. The balcony door code was the same as the shared building entry code. This was a real security concern. There are signs of poor DIY repairs in the unit. The unit is large enough to sleep two— I would not try to sleep more than that. We basically paid for direct beach access. We could have stayed somewhere nicer across Scenic Gulf Dr for the same price.

LOVE the location!! Convenience store right across the street so it was very easy to get beach necessities in the morning. Literally walk down off the patio and be on the beach in a matter of steps. No multiple rows of beach chairs and umbrellas, plenty space.

The beach and location was great! The place was more photogenic than it actually was in person. Several item in the unit didn’t work and the door lock security was not good. We asked the host to change the door codes to not be the same as the main door code and they never made it out to do that, also no deadbolt to secure the front or back doors. It smelled musty and old. The back stairs looked like they could break at any time. The place did the job for us for the few days we stayed but I wouldn’t recommend it to friends or stay here again.

I’m glad the beach and location worked well, but the maintenance, security, and cleanliness issues you described are not acceptable. We take safety seriously and have shared your comments with our maintenance and housekeeping teams so they can inspect and address the door locks and code procedures, evaluate deadbolts, investigate the musty odor, repair or reinforce the back stairs, and fix any nonworking items. The back door code was changed during your stay. We apologize your stay wasn’t better and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.

Great view and perfect location

It was the perfect size for my husband and I. Also very close to a bunch of restaurants! We really enjoyed our stay here. And the beach being directly down from our little condo couldn’t get any better!

Beach Happy

We enjoyed our stay right on the beach with no crowds to compete with was super nice. The private beach was well worth a smaller place to stay. Would definately rent a condo in this area again.

A Well Needed Get Away!!!

You cannot beat the view and convenient access to the beach which was steps off of the deck. I love this place and will come back again!!!

I was very impressed with the entire condo. It was a last minute getaway for Spring Break and my family enjoyed every minute. We would definitely book again!!!!

Great stay

Great little beach house. Has everything you need and you can’t get a better view. Right on the beach. I loved it so much I added another night to my stay no problem. Would stay here again.
