Outdoor Fire Pit Rule: The outdoor fire pit is wood-burning. Its use is strictly regulated by local county fire ordinances. It is completely unavailable during seasonal summer fire bans or high-wind advisories. Please message the host before attempting to light it to confirm it is a legal `Permissive Burn Day.` Unauthorized burning will result in immediate code enforcement fines.

Fire stove/pit must not be left unattended and must be put out if not in use.

Our house is only for responsible guest who will respect and not damage the cabin. Guest booking must be 21 years or older. No Pets. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on property. No fireworks allowed. Rental agreement must be signed and security deposit provided prior to check in.

Please note that a maximum of 6 guests

Backyard pool accessible from inside the house via sliding glass doors. Children cannot be left unattended.

Wood-Burning Fire Pit:
Use is strictly subject to daily county fire regulations and weather. Open wood fires are completely banned during seasonal summer fire suspensions and on high-wind days. To verify if burning is legally permitted today, please check the live county tracker at https://sbcfire.org/openburningstatus/. (Firewood is not provided).
