The king-size bed provides a comfortable place to recharge, while the sofa sleeper allows the unit to accommodate up to four guests with ease. The living area is perfect for relaxing after a beach day, whether you’re watching TV or enjoying a quiet evening indoors.

• Each unit is issued two (2) parking passes maximum, and all vehicles must display a parking pass at all times while on the property.

• Boats, trailers, and boat storage are not permitted in the parking lot at any time per HOA rules.

• If you are traveling with a boat or trailer, you must arrange off-site storage prior to arrival, as they cannot enter or remain on the property.
