We had a really nice stay! The house was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the host was super quick and easy to communicate with. We especially loved the backyard for our dog, and seeing deer in the morning was such a nice surprise! Everything was clean and worked well, and we’d definitely be happy to stay here again.

This location is perfect for doing all the things in and around Rapid City. It's rustic in a quiet neighborhood. The house had plenty of amenities. We enjoyed the multiple living spaces and hot tub. The kitchen had newer appliances and the grill was a plus. We found a local butcher and grilled out most days.

We had a great family mini-reunion that was made comfortable for everyone because of the location and hominest of Don and Jodi's pleasant house. We oversaw deer in the morning and rabbits in the afternoon. A quiet abode that we experienced to celebrate my 81st birthday. Thank you, your house was all we has hoped for, and more.

Nice quiet neighborhood, lovely views in the backyard. There were deer in the backyard & in the area. The house was very spacious with plenty of rooms. The hot tub was very clean. We used the mini split A/C the entire stay due to major heat wave in multiple states in the area, they worked well. The owner purchased a new high power floor fan for the basement as prior fan broke. We were greatful for that! Beds were comfortable. Owner responded to any inquires quickly. We enjoyed the Black Hills area and this makes a great home base for all activities. Plus our dog enjoyed it too and the large yard.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We truly strive to provide every guest with a 10/10 experience, and we’re sorry to hear that we fell short of your expectations. While we wish we’d had the opportunity to address these concerns for you during your stay, we appreciate you bringing them to our attention now. To ensure everything is in top shape, we recently had the pool table professionally re-felted and leveled in December, and we always aim to have the property fully staged for guests arrival. We are also taking your comments about the dishwasher to heart and will be refining our cleaning protocols for the quieter off-season months. Additionally, we’ve verified that our TV software and internet speeds are performing optimally. Thank you again for your input, and we wish you the very best in your future travels.
