The view. A full unobstructed view of the beach. It’s gorgeous. The view truly makes this house. Sitting on the deck watching the waves was just what we needed. The house is dated but it’s clean and has the basics. It’s a split level so there are three sets of short stairs. Again, the view was everything. We would stay there again.

Bella Oceana has incredible views! We loved our stay there. Our family of 4 and our dog spent a lovely weekend enjoying the deck, the incredible views, and the hot tub. The house is very well appointed and clean . It is stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The communication with the host was great. The house is located in the hills above the village of Dillon Beach and great for watching the sunset and wildlife . There are 3 levels in the house with stairs in between . It was not a problem for us but should be noted if staying with very young children or someone with mobility issues. We really enjoyed our stay would definitely stay at Bella Oceana again !

Wonderful, Relaxing Week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the house is a little dated, it may have one of the best views in Dillon Beach. We could see all the way from the sea wall at Lawson’s Landing across all of Dillon Beach. Linens and beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with what we needed, hot tub was amazing, and games in the garage were great to have. The only complaint was perhaps having more comfortable seating in the living room. We only had 4 people, and filled the entire couch. Definitely not enough comfort seating as the piano takes up an entire wall. Despite that, we would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bella Oceana. The view is beautiful and so wonderful to sit on the deck listening to the waves break. There wasn’t much fog during our stay; we really had a good view.. Having the Hot there was wonderful. We all enjoyed it. The game room was really fun for the teenagers and also for us adults. Family ping-pong tournament! The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. The house was clean and easy to keep clean. Definitely family friendly for us.

Never had a problem teaching them if we had a question. The ocean is my happy place and this place really helped me unwind!
