Step inside a classic Colorado cabin that blends vintage charm with comfortable, modern living. This single-story, 1,400 sq. ft. home is designed for slow mornings, cozy evenings, and time together.
The original part of the cabin was built in 1954, and the moment you step inside you’ll feel that nostalgic, wood‑paneled charm wrap around you. Whether you’re curled up in the living room or unwinding in the sunroom, there’s a sense of warmth and “this is exactly where I want to be” that’s hard to put into words.
The sunroom is one of our favorite places in the home. From here, you can watch the meadow, the mountains, and Lake Granby all in one sweeping view. Pour a cup of coffee, settle into a chair, and keep your eyes open—elk, deer, moose, and even coyotes wander through the backyard and down into the meadow. It’s a front‑row seat to true Colorado living.
The bedrooms and master bath are part of the newer addition, blending modern comfort with cabin charm. You can snuggle into the cozy king bed in the primary suite, tuck into the full bunk bed in Bedroom 2, or relax in the queen + twin bunk setup in Bedroom 3.
If you need to work remotely, the sunroom includes a dedicated workspace with a desk.
Inside, the kitchen is equipped with new appliances, making meal prep easy and enjoyable. The window over the sink frames a beautiful view of Lake Granby.
Outside, you can relax on the patio, enjoy meals at the picnic table, unwind by the gas firepit, and take in the sweeping views and star‑filled Rocky Mountain sky.
What we love most about this cabin is the balance—it’s surrounded by trees yet opens to spectacular views of the lake, meadow, and mountains. It has character and comfort, history and freshness, adventure and serenity.
