Welcome to Surf Dweller's only “Surf Buggy” unit 210! Managed by Easy Vacation Services.
Located on the sandy beaches of Okaloosa Island, this 1,450 sq. ft. spacious condo is perfect for families and multi-couple getaways.
Upon entry into the cozy seaside living room, you are greeted by breathtaking views of the Gulf. Adjacent to the living room, and Master Suite, is access to the balcony where the coastal ambiance awaits.
The Master suite features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and access to the private balcony. The attached private bathroom has a fully remodeled walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom features two full beds (sleeps 4). The 2nd full bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Also, there is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area.
Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully equipped large kitchen! For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.
For outdoor activities, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the FREE beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or, if you prefer, you can swim in our swimming pool. Also, spend time with friends and family cooking in the charcoal grilling area.
Please Note: A Signed Rental Agreement is Required on ALL Bookings. It will be emailed Separately to You. This must be electronically signed within 48 HRS of Booking.

- Check-in starts at 4 pm. Some properties may qualify for early check-in of 1 pm for $50 (+tax). *Subject to availability*
- Check-out is at 10 am. Some properties may qualify for a late check-out of 1 pm for $50 (+tax). *Subject to availability*
- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
Same-Day Reservations:
For your reservation to be confirmed, we require a selfie along with a valid government-issued ID at the time of booking. The name on the ID must match the card on file. Additionally, the Rental Agreement must be signed by the cardholder. If these requirements are not met, your reservation will be canceled, and the payment will be fully forfeited.
