Great stay would definitely stay again. Clean, comfortable and great location and view. The host was great and communicated with us often from the beginning to the end!

We really enjoyed our stay! The 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo was great, and being on the 5th floor gave us a beautiful view. The elevator wasn’t working on our end of the building during part of our stay, but that’s obviously something the condo owner can’t control. When it was working, it was literally just steps from our door.The weather was perfect—not too hot—and the free beach service was a huge plus. The pier was almost exactly a mile down the beach, so it was an easy and really nice walk. We also loved having covered parking. Overall, everything was great and we’d definitely stay here again!

The condo is exactly as pictured. Extremely clean, well stocked, great location. Great view of the beach. We will definitely stay at this condo again. Property management is great.

Our stay was magnificent! The balcony ocean view was awesome! Very clean! The kitchen is fully equipped! Could use a new sofa & Loveseat. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Mother daughter trip

Nice place quiet easy beach access. Would stay there again. Only issue was water was turned off to the building for about 5 hrs.

Comfortable and Clean Beach Rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is one of the nicest rentals we’ve had at Fort Walton Beach! This 3 bedroom/3 bath was so comfortable, clean, and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out! I liked being on the end of the building so our elevator wasn’t always crowded and busy. The balcony views are great for morning coffee and coming in from the beach for lunch. Legacy was very friendly and easy to work! We hope to stay again very soon!

Quick weekend

The property was just what we were looking for. The location was great. The only complaint was the lack of supplies like spices such as salt and pepper and laundry detergent.

Great view & very nice!

Check in was smooth, property management stayed in contact whole time, the place was spotless, everything was fantastic!! Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need (utensils, cookware, cups, mugs, keurig, etc). Very pleased! Oh, and the view was great!!

Amazing views and very comfortable spacious and well laid out unit. Nice surprise to get two chairs and an umbrella on the beach as part of the rental. Tip: the unit does not provide beach towels. Our first time in the Florida panhandle so maybe this is the norm to being your own beach towels. Otherwise it’s a great unit and the property manager as very easy to work with.

We have been coming to Okaloosa since 2005 and this is the BEST unit we’ve ever stayed in! It was clean and convenient. Elevator is so nice to have plus the optional parking on garage was nice since we have a a large truck that didn’t fit in covered parking. The best part is the VIEW is amazing! Seriously perfect from living room and master bedroom. Only thing that would be nice is a locking door for master bedroom. It is a sliding door that still allows a crack to see through on either side.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was great. Anytime I had a question about the u it before we got there they responded def very quickly. We had a drainage issue with the tub and called Legacy and they sent someone right in over. I had to call another time and had to leave a message about the toilet being clogged and never heard from another so we had to buy a plunger for the unit, but that wasn’t a huge deal. We will definitely rent from Legacy again.

Condo was very nice and clean. View was incredible. It was quiet and easily accessible. I liked that we had a covered parking, however we weren’t able to use it much. I have a full size suv and it’s hard to maneuver if someone else is already parked next to it. If I had to pick anything negative, it was the primary bedroom door. The barn door didn’t offer much privacy to the kitchen/living space. Another note; there wasn’t any extra trash bags or salt and pepper in the kitchen. Communication was top notch. We felt safe. The first night my hatch on my car wasn’t shut and the on site security came up and told us. Beach access was excellent. The beach attendant did tell us it was first come first serve. So we didn’t automatically have a beach service reservation. And you have to get up early to save your spot every day. We would definitely choose this place again. I’ve already recommended to family.
