Your favorite beach vacation begins when you step on the porch of this lovely home in the coveted Crystal Beach neighborhood. The beach-inspired colors, furniture and décor, as well as the comfortable, open rooms invite you to relax and enjoy seaside living. And the pristine white beach is just a short walk from this home!

This well-appointed home features 3 bedrooms - 2 KINGS and a third bedroom with TWO QUEEN BEDS. You'll appreciate the bright, open kitchen, large dining and bar area, as well as 3 full bathrooms. You'll enjoy the lovely private pool and deck area, as well as a gas grill and seating for outdoor dining.

Sugar Palm Vacation Rentals is a local Destin company and we make sure every aspect of this home and your stay is as perfect as can be. You can book it with confidence, knowing it will be clean, well-maintained and ready for you to enjoy. Unlike other hosts, who may be hundreds of miles away, our office is right here in the neighborhood. We're happy to answer any questions before you book and we're available if you need anything during your stay.

We pay attention to amenities you'll need, such as high-speed internet (free WIFI), nice flat-screen Roku TVs for streaming, high quality bed linens and large, fluffy bath towels, hair dryers in each bathroom and more. We also provide items our smaller guests may need like a high chair and pack-n-play.

FIRST FLOOR
You'll love the spacious, open floor plan with plenty of comfortable seating in the light-filled living area. Settle in for some downtime here with your family and streaming your favorite programs with the Roku TV and YouTube Live TV.
Enjoy your favorite meals at the dining table that comfortably seats 6-8, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Have fun cooking in the bright, open kitchen with plenty of counter space and Stainless Steel appliances. It's well-equipped with all the dishes, pans and utensils you may need, a K-Cup coffee maker and a regular drip coffee maker. We want you to feel at home, and the large, open layout is a perfect gathering spot for your family or friends.
For the convenience of our guests, we have also included a full-size washer and dryer, an iron, ironing board, broom, and a few cleaning supplies.
KING BEDROOM, FIRST FLOOR
This comfortable private bedroom on the first floor features a King Bed with a bedside table and lamps. This is the perfect room for guests who would prefer to stay on the first floor with easy access to living, dining and of course, the backyard pool. There's also a Roku TV so you can enjoy your favorite streaming programs. The well-appointed, full bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom.
Bathroom #1, First Floor
This bathroom features a commode, large vanity with sink and storage and a convenient step-in shower. We provide large, fluffy bath towels and a hair dryer.

2nd FLOOR
PRIMARY KING BEDROOM SUITE - 2ND FLOOR - PRIVATE ENSUITE
This inviting King bedroom is upstairs and features a KING BED with a beautiful quilt and cotton sheets, a comfortable chair, a dresser for storage and a flat-screen Roku TV. There are bedside tables with reading lamps, if you'd like to curl up with a good book. From this room, you can step out to your private second floor balcony overlooking the backyard pool. There are chairs on the private balcony, so you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day at the beach.
Bathroom #2 - Private ensuite for Primary King Bedroom
This luxurious bathroom features an extra-large vanity with double sinks and storage, commode, and beautiful custom tile shower. We provide large, fluffy bath towels and a hair dryer.
DOUBLE QUEEN BEDROOM SUITE - 2ND FLOOR - PRIVATE ENSUITE
Make yourself at home in this extra large Bedroom Suite with TWO QUEEN BEDS and a private balcony at the front of the house. Enjoy the outdoors just outside your bedroom with two Adirondack chairs. This beautiful suite features two comfortable queen beds with cotton sheets and quilt, and a Roku TV. It's a great space for children, or for a family. There are bedside tables with reading lamps, if you'd like to curl up with a good book.
Bathroom #3 - Private ensuite for 2nd Floor Double Queen Bedroom
This well-appointed bathroom features a single vanity, commode, and convenient tub/shower combination. We provide large, fluffy bath towels and a hair dryer.

PRIVATE POOL & OUTDOOR AREA
Your group can relax and enjoy the beautiful Destin sunshine in the 13 x 25 ft. pool surrounded by a spacious deck and private backyard. Take time to soak it all in here with seating around the pool, including lounge chairs and a dining table for 4 with an umbrella. Cookouts by the pool are easy with the gas grill. Note: The pool does not have a heater.
OFF-STREET PARKING
You may park up to 3 vehicles at this home, depending on the size of the vehicles. You cannot park on the grass, over the sidewalk, on the street or in the right-of-way.

🚗 Optional Golf Cart Rental Available!
Make getting around even easier during your stay. Golf carts can be rented for as little as 2 days or for the full week, and will be delivered directly to the property—ready for you upon arrival.
Please note: renter must have a valid driver's license and active auto insurance to operate the golf cart.

A PERFECT BEACH LOCATION
The home is an easy walk to the beach; you can choose between two access points: Shirah Street (1 ½ blocks from this home) or the larger 'Shore at Crystal Beach Park' with a pavilion and bathrooms (about 3 blocks from this home.) At the house, you'll find a cart with beach chairs and an umbrella, so you can roll your gear to the beach with ease.
Crystal Beach is the gold standard of Destin...no high-rise condominiums. It's mostly residential, which contributes to the quietness of the neighborhood – you can just stroll down the sidewalk to the beach, or walk to a few nearby restaurants or shops.
Restaurants, activities and entertainment are also close-by. Destin Commons, a beautiful upscale shopping and entertainment center, is less than a half-mile away. It features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Bass Pro Shop, World of Beer, Whole Foods, Panera Bread, Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl & Grill, AMC Theater with IMAX and much more. Local favorite, Camille's, is an easy walk and The Crab Trap is about a mile east. You can bicycle, scooter, Jet ski and go parasailing all within walking distance. The Silver Sands Outlet mall is not far for those who enjoy “retail therapy”!

PET FRIENDLY
We are pet friendly and welcome your dogs in our home. There is a $300 per dog extra fee and your dog must be pre-approved by the owner.

🏡 House Rules for Sandy at the Beach
Occupancy: Maximum 10 guests at any time.
Age Requirement: Booking guest must be 25+ and stay for the full trip.
Rental Agreement and Security Verification: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
Pets: Dogs allowed with prior approval and a $300 per dog fee.
Pool Safety: No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. No glass near the pool.
No Smoking: Smoking or vaping inside the home is not allowed.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
Parking: Park up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. No parking on grass, sidewalk, or street.
Beach Gear: Use provided beach cart, chairs, and umbrella; please rinse gear before bringing it back.
Towels & Linens: Bath towels must stay inside. Please gather used towels in showers before checkout.
Grill Use: Please clean the gas grill after use.
Trash: Bag all trash and place in outdoor bins before departure.
Departure: Turn off all lights, TVs, and appliances. Lock all doors and windows before leaving.
