Welcome to Caribbean Dunes 214 in Destin, FL! This stunning condo offers a modern and completely renovated living space, nestled near the serene Crystal Beach. Known for its tranquil ambiance and a delightful public bike and running trail, this low-traffic area is perfect for those seeking a laid-back coastal retreat.

Step inside and be greeted by a comfortable living room, ideal for relaxing after a day of sun-soaked adventures. The condo features a cook's kitchen, complete with bar seating and a table and chairs for enjoying delicious meals with loved ones.

Restful nights await you in the thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, each equipped with memory foam mattresses and a streaming TV for your entertainment. Both the main bedroom and the loft area bedroom boasts a king bed ensuring a peaceful slumber.

Caribbean Dunes presents a wealth of amenities to enhance your stay. Take a refreshing dip in the large pool, conveniently located within the complex, or unwind in the inviting hot tub nearby. Additionally, two public beaches are just a short stroll away, allowing you to easily access the soft sands and shimmering waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.


We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Location and staff are next level amazing!!!

This condo is in the perfect location and the customer service was beyond amazing!! We vacation quite a bit in the FL area and this was by far our best stay!!

Mothers Day Stay

Lovely condo, close to Camilles, which we love! Great pool and access to the beach. Condo was just as described and very comfortable for our pre-Mother’s Day getaway!

Great location to attractions, shopping and beach access. Nice view of the gulf. The pool was never crowded and it was clean. Family friendly. We had an issue with a door handle, communication with the property management was quick and easy and they sent someone out the same day. Would recommend this rental property.

This is our 7th year in the Destin area. We love this condo complex. The condo was great for our little family. The beach was close and in a great location. The kitchen came very well equipped.However the lack of cleaning in these places is always an issue. The cleaning company does the bare minimum - the floors are filthy, there is dust on everything, the sheets are gross, stains on furniture and pillows, etc. The area rugs are DISGUSTING and honestly should be replaced or removed. Just bring your slippers and you’ll be fine!

Caribbean Dunes

The condo was well put together and worked perfectly for our group (three teens). While it's not on the beach, the walk only takes five minutes or less. The water was great for our trip. We would book again.

Five stars for comfort, class, and location!

I’ve had experiences where I rented a property that did not look like the pictures, so I was a bit reserved about what we would get when we arrived since this space has a bit of that “too good to be true vibe.” I was pleasantly surprised that everything was exactly as pictured—from the spacious kitchen to the beautiful bathrooms and comfortable master bed, everything was excellent! While the weather did not cooperate with our stay, the patio space offered a lovely opportunity to “be at the beach” without fighting with the wind. I honestly could go on and on about all the details of the space because we loved it that much. We have already recommended it to others. We plan to stay here again as soon as we decide when we are coming back to Destin.

Awesome condo!

Our family has stayed in several condos at Carribean Dunes, and this one was our favorite by far! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Our boys kept asking if we can stay at this condo the next time we come. It is very clean, updated, and has a great balcony/view of the gulf. We plan to stay here again when we come to Crystal Beach!

This condo was so cozy and inviting

We enjoyed our stay. It was so welcoming and inviting as soon as we walked in. Everything was new and clean. Becky answered all questions and was prompt in responding. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.!

Simply wonderful

Wonderful quiet location with 1 min beach access, 2 min to shopping and restaurants. So clean. Beach does not attract party groups since alcohol is not allowed, neither are dogs roaming free. Crystal Clear turquoise water! We have been coming here for many years and this unit is our favorite 🤩

Great beach vacation spot

The condo is beautifully appointed. It had everything we could want. The owner was very responsive and cared that everything was alright for us. It was just a walk across the street to the beautiful white sands of the beach. I highly recommend this location.
