Luxury Vacation Apartment 1.12 with Balcony and Sauna in Timmendorfer Strand—Near the Beach

Just a few meters from the beach, luxury apartment 1.12 is located on the first floor of the "White Pearl" and offers 66 m² of space for 2–4 people—your dog is welcome, too! The apartment features a separate, open-concept bedroom as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area that sleeps two.

You’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area in the living space. The bright, open living and dining area is complemented by a cozy couch that can be used as a sleeping area for two people. The separate bedroom features a double box-spring bed that can be separated by sliding slatted doors. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower. The apartment is rounded out by its own sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m). Dogs are also welcome guests here!

A special highlight of the apartment is the furnished balcony, which allows for relaxing moments in the fresh sea air! The apartment comes with an outdoor parking space.


Complex:

The White Pearl has been open since July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and renovated.

The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, distributed across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

As the name suggests, the town of Timmendorfer Strand is located directly on the kilometer-long, white sandy beach of Lübeck Bay.

Timmendorfer Strand is one of Germany’s best-known and most popular Baltic Sea resorts, boasting excellent infrastructure.

The newly redesigned, beautiful promenade offers an impressive variety of attractive leisure activities and exclusive shopping opportunities.
