Great location. Everything you could want or need was provided by host. Very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed our stay. Third floor walk up was difficult with luggage but still worth the stay.

Amazing location and easy to find. 300 ft from the square and not too far to drag luggage. The room itself was clean and well equipped.

Thank you to Mr. Fabio and Monica for being excellent hosts! Thank you for the breakfast items! We had a very chaotic travel to Venice and they were supportive throughout the whole process. The apartment is wonderful and in a very convenient location in San Marco Square. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. We will definitely return if we are ever in Venice again. This place is both nostalgic and modern. High and painted ceilings, spacious, and minutes away from San Marco. The place is spotless. The host and her aide are wonderful. The laundry was useful. The kitchen was stocked with breakfast, coffee, and drinks. The host really went above and beyond. This place is perfect. Grandma had a problem with the stairs, so it's not for those with mobility concerns. For the rest of the family, it is superb! The host, staff, location, and the unit itself are all great. Highly recommended.

10 out of 10. The property was exactly what was advertised. Exceptional communication with the host and staff via WhatsApp. They provided pictures showing the entire way from the San Marco pier to the property. Made it way easier to find and it is a short walk with no steps or bridges to traverse.Great property, location, amenities, host and price. Note: you are on the third floor and it's all steps.Anthony April 2026
