Sea Oats 302 is a nice beachfront condo…I’ve stayed at Sea Oats a dozen times over the last couple of decades. Easy beach access and easy access to good restaurants. I took my children when they were young and now take my grandchildren.

Had a wonderful stay on the beach. The only complaint is the sleeper sofa mattress. You cannot sleep on it due to the damage.

All the comforts of home with a fabulous view!

We loved our time at this condo! It had all the comforts of home, beautiful view at a good location. It was so convenient to receive the key code the day of and to just walk right up to the door. Kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. Loved having 2 full baths. Communication was good. I’d recommend this condo.

Great location & view but could use some work ...

The floors were really dirty as well as the big rug in the living room. The couch was broke in the middle and sank down to where we couldn't sit next to eachother. The pool was freezing and the heater was not turned on so we were unable to enjoy it at all. The hot tub was barely bubbling and not full and the room lacked character to say the least. Otherwise we loved it. The location and view were amazing. The king bed was comfy.

Roaches

This condo was beautiful but it was infested with roaches and I'm not talking palmetto bugs. Actual roaches. I have 11 pictures of the various ones we killed during our stay. The floors were black and I was told someone would come reclean and nobody showed up. Disgusting! Vacasa was terrible to deal with and didn't help me out at all. I'll never book thru them again.

I felt like bathrooms could have been cleaner. Hair still in the shower. Furniture felt dirty but just may have been the fabric. Nice that it came with beach chairs. Liked the area but lots and lots of people smoking pot around condo itself. Smelled terrible. Would I stay again there, I would try another condo.

Thank you, Jessica, for sharing your thoughts with us. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that the cleanliness of the bathrooms and furniture did not meet your expectations. That’s certainly not the standard we strive for, and we will address this with our team to ensure a more thorough cleaning in the future. We’re glad you enjoyed the beach chairs and the area, even though the presence of smoke was a downside for you. We understand how that can impact your experience, and we’re always looking for ways to enhance our guests' comfort. While we would love the opportunity to host you again, we completely understand your desire to explore other options. Thank you for giving us a chance, and we hope your next stay, wherever it may be, is a wonderful one.
