Things to know

**PLEASE NOTE**

Emerald Isle will soon begin a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of our building’s vertical transportation system. The project is scheduled to commence on Monday, August 11, 2025, and will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work. The project is anticipated to last approximately 28 weeks.

Work Schedule and Site Activity

• Contractors will be onsite Monday through Thursday, working 10-hour shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• In consideration of residents, noise will be minimized prior to 8:00 a.m.

• Two cranes will be used during portions of the project. Please exercise caution in and around the parking areas when equipment is in operation.

Access and Wait Times

During the modernization, only one elevator will be available for residents and guests. As a result, longer wait times should be expected. We encourage the use of stairwells whenever possible and appreciate your cooperation in helping to reduce congestion.

We understand this project may cause temporary inconvenience, but it is a critical investment in our building’s infrastructure. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

The location and condo were great. Clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and kitchen stocked with basics. The front door and sliding back door lock need to be repaired. Had difficulty with both. Only two chairs on patio and one was cracked. Thankfully no one sat in it because it would have broken. Hot tub, pool and beach access was great. For the price, we would stay again.

The condo was perfect for a small family. The views from the balcony were fantastic. The pool area was always clean and water was refreshing ( even when it was super hot) Walk to the beach was easy. Just remember to take a pic of your access codes, you will need them to get into different areas. I will tell you bring your own hand soap, but they do have shampoo/conditioner in both bathrooms and maybe your on pan if you plan on cooking alot. We cooked once with stove and kept triggering the smoke alarm. Lol no biggie, just preference. They also have washer/dryer, bring ur own supplies for that as well. Plenty of plates, silverware glasses, etc... Overall, we would definitely stay here again!!!

It’s wonderful to hear that you and your family had such a great time at our Gulf Front condo, April! Those fantastic views from the balcony really do make for a perfect backdrop, don’t they? We’re glad you enjoyed the refreshing pool area, especially during the hot days. Thanks for the tips about the access codes and cooking supplies; we appreciate you sharing that with future guests. It sounds like you made the most of the kitchen, even if the smoke alarm had a little excitement of its own! We’re happy to know you found everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We would love to welcome you back for another visit whenever you’re ready to enjoy those views again!

Registering to park a pain. Too many access codes (gate code, room code. Pool code, beach gate code) 7 tv remotes in living room, refrigerator made sounds. Elevators were extremely slow. We will not stay there again.
