Maris, we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts about your stay at Waters Edge. It’s clear that several aspects of your experience fell short of what we aim to provide, and we’re genuinely sorry to hear that. The issues you mentioned, from the kitchen supplies to the bathroom concerns, are certainly not the standards we strive for. We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with ants and insufficient kitchen items when you’re trying to enjoy your vacation. Your feedback about the shower curtain and the slow drain is also valuable, and we will address these matters with our team to ensure they are resolved. We want every guest to feel comfortable and at home, and it sounds like we missed the mark during your visit. Thank you for bringing these details to our attention; we take them seriously and will work on improving the experience for future guests. We hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future, as we would love the opportunity to provide you with a much better stay.
