This house was adequate. It was walking distance to several key areas, like beach access, restaurants, the pool, and some shopping. We had a couple issues while staying in the house that had to be addressed by the property management company. But they handled them quickly, while staying in communication with us through the process. It was only a small impact to our overall experience. And the property management company was found to be very polite and courteous. One nice surprise was the bin full of beach chairs and other items located at the back of the house. One limitation that should be noted for future renters is the neighborhood rule that prohibits golf carts. For a house on 30A, found on short notice, it did the job.

Thank you, John, for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear that you found the location convenient and enjoyed the beach chairs we provided. It’s great to know that our team was able to address the issues you encountered promptly and keep you informed throughout the process. We strive to ensure our guests feel supported and cared for during their stay. We appreciate your feedback about the neighborhood rules regarding golf carts, and we’ll make sure to highlight that for future guests. Your insights help us improve the experience for everyone.
