You won't believe your views of sunrise and sunset from the condo balcony! It is easy to access the beach (10 yards) and the Gulf-front pool (heated seasonally). Besides the great pool, there is a lighted tennis court, shuffleboard, shared grills, a party room, and the fabulous beach of Okaloosa Island! Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together.



Now for a little more detail on this gorgeous condo. This tastefully furnished beach-style suite can comfortably accommodate up to two guests and includes a washer/dryer with tile floors throughout. The kitchen is modern and open to the living area with granite countertops, a glass tile backsplash, a side-by-side refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The well-equipped kitchen includes cookware and utensils. The suite includes two cable-connected HDTVs with DVD players and access to over 100 channels. The living room area console contains a combination radio/CD player, an iPod adapter, and a new 60-inch smart TV.



The bedroom is Gulf-front, so wake up every morning to the sound of the ocean waves.



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

The primary guest must be 25 years or older to book this property.
