Islander E 2009



The Space:

This Gulf-front condo is located on the second floor. The condo has porcelain tile in all rooms except the bedrooms, which have carpet. The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator, along with all of the dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances needed to prepare and serve meals. The kitchen includes a bar area with three stools for additional seating. The dining room has a glass-topped table. The living/dining areas have two large windows and a sliding glass door to access the large balcony, with dramatic views of the Gulf and an 80-foot pool. The living room has a queen sofa bed, sofa, and easy chair, along with a 40-inch LCD HD TV and CD player. The bedrooms have TVs with CD players. The condo is equipped with high-speed WiFi and local telephone service. A washer/dryer is included.



Things to Know

Beach service is available from March 1st through October 31st.

There are no parking spaces for boats, trailers, or RVs.

Perfect unit for girls weekend each with her own bedroom and bathBeautiful view of the gulf right in front of us. Steps from my room to the walk over on the beach really perfect location lots of places to eat nearby.

Wonderful stay! Location is managed in a very professional way. Communication was clear and timely. Small details (cute towel folding, soap, dishwashing, laundry detergent provided) make a big difference. Price was also excellent. Great view - just what we needed without overpaying!

First beach trip

This place was everything we could have imagined it to be. Wonderful view, very nice people, comfortable atmosphere and just a wonderful experience! Definitely recommend.

Great Girls weekend.

Great condo. Comfortable, clean, all needs met. Also the customer service was wonderful - called each day to make sure we were good and didn't need anything. Will rent again for sure!

It was clean. Bring paper towels, and trash bags. There is only two trash bags in unit. Overall great stay.

Perfect location

Great property. Perfect location, convenient and beautiful view. Kitchen is lovely and has everything you need. Only down fall was that the mattresses all severely need replacing. You could visibly see dips in the bed where people lay on each side and it was uncomfortable.

Loved everything about it!

Book it!! Esp if you have kids! Kids can swim while you are watching from the balcony. My son was 13 so we watched him a lot from the balcony. Very nice place. Comfy beds and clean condo. Just as the pictures described!!

Perfect for our Evacuation

The condo was great. Convenient location to get to the beach. Elevators were great. The only issue was not much privacy if you want that on your balcony as it is right over the pool. Also, we did kill two roaches in the room.

Poor Cleanliness of Unit

The carpet in the master bedroom is atrocious and smells of mold. The master bathroom smelled like a foot. Overall the place was nice but not cleaned well whatsoever.

Terrible

Looks clean on entry. Sheets were dirty in small bedroom, had to remove and wash them. Roaches were smashed on walls. Roaches seen in bedroom and bathroom. Calls to management with slow response. Room was suppose to be sprayed last day we were there, no evidence this occurred, nothing along walls was moved including linen left in bedroom closet. Carpets worn and dirty.

Horrible Experience-Roaches

This property has great potential. The condo is on the beach with a great view but needs updated. Unfortunately, management is no where to be found and customer service is poor but the bigger issue is the roach infestation. I have been trying to speak with the property manager since 5/17/21, when roaches were discovered in the condo. I am not speaking of one roach but multiple. This place is infested. I was finally able to reach a customer service member on a 24/7 reservation line who escalated the concern to her manager, after roaches were crawling out from under the refrigerator with the lights on. I was told a hotel for the night would be reimbursed and someone from management would reach out to discuss discounting our stay due to the infestation. Multiple pictures were taken and submitted to property management, along with the hotel folio. It’s now 5/24/21 and I have yet to receive a call from a member of management. I did receive a text from someone stating they would reimburse the last night of the condo and the cleaning fee but no reimbursement for the hotel room or inconvenience of staying up till 330a cleaning out luggage and clothes to ensure the roaches were not brought home. If I was the property owner I would be livid, as I look back and see reviews where roaches were reported in April and apparently nothing has been done to correct the problem. I would also be livid with the poor customer service from property management. I do not recommend this property.
