The private beachfront balcony offers amazing Gulf views and is the ideal place for sipping a morning cup of coffee and, therefore, starting your day off on the right foot. The shared beachside pool is great for cooling off after a day at the beach and the shared gas grills near the pool area are great cooking options. Soothe your tired muscles in the shared hot tub, especially after spend the day at the beach or strolling around Panama City Beach.



Beachgoers will fall in love with this condo's location as it's situated mere meters away from the emerald waters and white sandy beaches of the marvelous Gulf of Mexico. We would recommend staying here for a great time and great ocean view. The host was easy to communicate with. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed. . We will be back.

I honestly can’t sing the praises of this place enough. quiet, beautiful views, our condo was clean, the pools are awesome, plenty of great food places within walking distance… I could go on and on. We will be back for sure. This was worth every penny.

I called and put in 2 tickets and stopped by the Avari office twice. None of my concerns were addressed. They were—1. The 3rd bedroom is more of a closet with a super uncomfortable single bed (egg carton foam topper doesn’t fix the problem) with a trundle when pulled out makes it impossible to open or close the door. The air conditioning also doesn’t cool that tiny room. No one should be expected to sleep in this room. 2. The floor of the condo was filthy. One hour of walking around barefoot, and our soles were black. We found a condom wrapper and a used band-aid in the tiny bedroom. The floor boards and tile in the hallway bathroom were visibly dirty. 3. Lighting is a mess in this unit. The under cabinet light bar in the kitchen had been duct taped up, and it fell before we even checked in. The light in the hallway is out, and the light in the hallway bathroom blinks on and off. We paid WAY too much money to have all these problems, and I have still received no response to the four times I tried to make contact. Do not rent this unit or from Avari.

Great time

We had a great time at the beach for the night. Only issue we had was check in said 4 so we stayed out on the beach until 5:30 and when we got to the room the cleaning lady had just got there. She was very nice but we had to sit out on the balcony until she was finished cleaning. Other than that i would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view!!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. We really enjoyed the ease of checking in and out. The view from the condo was beautiful and it was very clean for the most part. The only part I can complain about was the floors. They were not cleaned very well and our feet were super dirty within 10 minutes of being inside the condo. Other than that we had a really good time. We had some noisy neighbors above us the last night we were there that seemed to move furniture and open the balcony door all hours of the night(11p-3am) which was annoying but that is of no fault to the owners of this condo.
