The Space:

This beautiful home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a round table with seating for four and two bar stools are at the bar area for extra seating. This lovely home offers a twin bunk area, full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet.

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this

new system to enhance security and guest experience at Waterscape. If

The condo is nice, well kept and clean. Easy access to the parking and pools. Overall property is nice and family friendly. We would stay here again.

Beautiful place with all you need. Pools are beautiful and access to beach is fast. You get 2 chairs and one umbrella

The unit was great, it was nearest to the kids area which my 4 year old loved! About 1/4 mile or less walk to the beach. Umbrella and 2 chairs are on the beach are included, which was great. for those considering longer stays, the unit did have a vacuum cleaner.There were no beach towels provided, but there were many bath towels. Avari provided to dishwasher pods and laundry pods.It was my first time in the area and we chose not to rent a car. I personally found it somewhat walkable. It was about a 10 minute walk along the beach to the pier, and there were several good restaurants within a 10 minute walk. On our last night I went to The Gulf and it was great, good food and good for kids. Google wasn’t able to find walking instructions, but we walked it fine despite the construction.I think there is room for improvement with Avari’s awareness of the facility. I was told there was no front desk who could hold my luggage until check in. Upon arrival, I talked with 2 nice ladies who would have been happy to hold my luggage! I also received conflicting instructions at checkout time.

great unit, easy access to parking

The unit was great, closest to parking, which we liked. Also simple quick pool access with slight ocean view. Nothing super fancy but great for us. AC was cold and good. Was also quiet. The pool is awesome and so is the beach. Asiago Skillet is highly recommended for breakfast, the biscuits are amazing.
